If you've got any windows based OS, you can get soemone whos really good with computers to restore some of your information using the DOS prompt before its actually gone... funny thing with computers, its rediculously hard to ACTUALLY lose information...

lol, nah im ok with it, i think its a sign that i should actually buy a hardcover edition, a lot easier to read than off a screen and its something tangible

i meant a physical book, with a hardcover....they last longer than the paperback ones.
