Well, if the 8BT forum gets one, why can't we?
Just post your favorite issue here. Give the number, title, and a one-sentence synopsis of the events within, particularly the one(s) you liked so much. (Obviously, a thread like this will contain spoilers, so don't continue reading this thread if you haven't read through the book.)
My own favorite is probably Issue #25 - Teaching Assistants of DOOM. It's the one with Dr. Grammar and Dr. Calculus. Those two were hilarious, with a reasonably awesome fight scene.

I'm a little biased in that each issue is a favorite of mine for a different reason. But a specific one does come to mind right now.
Issue 37 - Due Process.
I just love how every time someone talks, Nuke and Sparky get progressively more and more screwed. I mean, it couldn't get any worse than: “You intentionally went out of your way to choose a jury made up of individuals and an entire society who really, really hate us?” but then it does. Ah, good times.

I'm not really answering the question here, because my favourite part was the giant crab rampage. Unfortunatly that spanned about four issues. If I had to pick one, it would be "Issue 21: You can catch crabs from the ocean. Both kinds." Had some of the funniest moments I think from the crab battle. Crab Eye Beams, "MAGNOSMA....Hey! Don't move" and "You don't even announce your own attacks and you stop me in the middle of mine!" And all the other funny moments. But if I quoted them all, I'd copy out the chapter. And a) I'm too lazy, and b) Brian would consume my soul. Okay, maybe not the second one. Hopefully not the second one...

I loved this part. The whole civil war between the spiders and the rest of it just made me laugh.

I like: The Mechanical Revolution Begins! And Ends!
Actually though, "The Ravages of War" stands out as the best to capture all aspects of the novel's style and dare-I-say flair. Flawless 10/10 for that one.

The whole Danger: Religious Differences subplot was Nuklear Gold.

While reading Issue 55, it was Issue 55. Upon reading 56 it shifted to that one. And then to 57. And guess what happened after that.
Yes, I got up and went to the bathroom. But right after that I decided to get some chocolate while I was up. And play a match of Soul Calibur 2 or ten. I guess I finished the book, too, at some point...

I'm gonna have to say Issue 28 - Combative Religions. Not so much for parodying 6000+ years of idiological conflict with an over angsty goth, militant role-player, and the army of tough love (if that doesn't scream "Pokin' fun at the Christians" I don't know what does), but because of the last three paragraphs. That's right. Fun with words that don't really apply. I think it's summed up quite nicely with the lines half-way through, "The Silo was dark and still except for a commotion coming from the Danger: Religious Differences -- fuck! Sorry. All right, seriously this time."

I can't force myself to pick a favorite issue based on content (I love 'em all! :p), but my favorite issue title would have to be "College Daze. (IT IS A CLEVER PLAY ON WORDS!)"
Cracks me up every time. :)
