You can always write in characters. Since there were so many.
My favorite is Shiro.

Hah, Shiro isn't even on your list.
I didn't like Shiro until the very end.
But, uh, they're all great, Atomik Lad being the best because he was the only to maintain his sanity the entire book.

I loved Shiro but because of his absence from the list I must cast my vote for Angus McDougall.

Dr. Menace. 10% more Geniusy than Ima Genius, 20% more moral than Nuklear Man, and 55% more bad ass than Nihel.
She made a weapon that could destroy space and time themselves, AND she was a good guy by the end. If that isn't cool, I don't know what is.

Dr. Menace, all the way. Villains, despite Disney's best intentions/efforts, have always been my favorite...

When i clicked the link i pretty much knew i was gonna select atomik lad just because he was the easiest to identify with.. then i saw katkat.. who doesn't love a video gaming super cat (this is not an advertisement for VGCats (http://www.vgcats.com)).
okay... so the stuff in the ()'s was kinda an advertisment

I liked Superion. Not because of the guy he was, but because he was just so.. AWFUL. Crazy evil characters are a blast to read and write.

Dr. Menace's character development was the best. Especially with her decision towards an "act of will" toward the end. THAT was cool.
So yeah, I guess that pretty much makes her my favorite character.

Tough question for me. It's between Nuke and Atomik Lad, but one isn't so funny without the other. Especially Atomik Lad, he was much funnier with Nuke around. Reminded me a little of Kif from Futurama actually...(only a little, mind.)
So yeah, my vote goes to Nuke because he's funnier solo. Plus he's seriously lacking in the votes right now!

I choose Katkat! I just think that the stuff he does is cute and actually LOVING nuke makes him the strongest character mentally. And i quote Who doesnt love a video gaming super Kat!

Wow, and I thought it was a bad idea to put KatKat up instead of Shiro, but look now!

Katkat, however, rules the universe. How else could you explain his hold over the god-like Nuklear Man? And his gaming prowress.

Rachel. Because of the mall zombie scene, with which I totally agree.

Is Whisakey considered a character? :P

Is Whisakey considered a character? :P
Since it was created or at the very least made popular by this novel. Yes. Whisakey could count as a character.

I have got to go with Dr. Menace. :D For whatever reason, she's the one I identify most with... and I'm not exactly sure how to feel about that. Anyway, I can see things from her point of view. Not that I didn't like pretty much all the characters in the book, for their own reasons, but she tops the list. :D

I'd have to say Dr. Menace, for pretty much the same reasons as Sarda.
In fact, she was pretty much the only character with development...
I also felt that she was the most 'right' of all the heroes/villains.

Atomik Lad and Nuke both had a lot of charachter development, even Ima had some.

How can you say Nuke and Atomik Lad didn't have character development, Urbal T?!
Surely Nuke had the most character devopment, changing like he did?

That was not development so much as spontaneous change. Not to mention possibly abuse of invisitext.
But seriously, the only development he got was after he changed.

I voted for Angus. You just can't say no to a DWARF-A-PULT!
I'm VERY glad that Dr. Genius hasn't got any votes. By the end of the book, she was by far my most hated character. I mean sure, Nihel had the whole supreme evil with unimaginable powers thing going on, but Ima was just a bitch.

I voted Dr. Menace, because she was probably the "goodest evil character" in the book.
I can also see why she stopped working with Dr. Genius; Ima didn't really care for the people she was 'helping,' just results. I wonder if that qualifies her as the real villian...?

As far as I'm concerned, Mr. Viewtiful, it does.
Also, I see that someone's voted for Ima. Probably just to spite me.
I'm on to you!

I voted Nihel. Yes, he's a crazy ass bastard who deserved having a hole in reality itself ripped open ,where his body was, by pure fire, but....I could identify with him. I think that he was too crazy to realize that if he really wanted to, he could do whatever he damn well chose. However, in his mind, he had warped logic into some sort of un-logic where his only freedom lied in destroying the galaxy, even if it meant (and it probably did) taking himself with it, and by god, he was gonna do it. I, on a level under my raw hatred of him and shock at what he did, almost feel sorry for him. Almost.
Of course, this being my forst post, I just want to say that no, I haven't joined just for the sake of saying this.

Shiro has to be on the list. I totally would have voted for him. But instead, Sparky got my vote. Mostly because he shares a good portion of my philosophy.
Anyway, whisakey is the best invention ever. Well, since the invention of the written word, anyway. That one was pretty darn good.

Okay, first of all, Rachel is hilarious because of the part at the mall with the old man where she just goes nuts, with the Rachel/Atomik/Nuke relationship in a close second, especially the fuckhole/fuckstick thing. Nuke is third, because of the part where he goes stir-crazy and his references to himself as "Nukie" and his constantly labeling things and his obsession with the "feint to the northeast" trick from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Those fuckin bears'll backstab you given half the chance.

About half of the times I laughed out loud while reading this book was due to Angus. I never got tired of Dwarf-a-pult or YYYYYEARGABLBLBLBLBLBLE!!! Shiro would be a close second however, indeed one of my favorite single (non-spoiler) lines of the book was "Shiro was heavy with power."
