Long ago in a distant empire Jae'Sun, Dragon King forged weapons of great power to give as gifts, and to secure favors. The weapons of the great sorceror were covited for their strength an beauty. With these tools of war he secured an everlasting peace for his people on the island of the sun. That society has prospered, but the rest of the world has been plagued by these weapons. So the immortal soceror has requested that the sorrow he has wrought be forever bound. He has gathered as many of these weapons to be forever kept in trust. thousands of blades still remain.

Is this based off something Jad? Cuz some of that info seems to be lifted right from a book...
And congratulations on using the word 'weapons' about ten times in the first paragraph. (<---Joke)

I don't beleive so BM I'll admit it's not exactly the most original idea, but it's hardly plagarized.

No I'm just saying that you have alot of unexplained things in there...what Shandim are, what skills we can have, what the history is...a tad open ended, which is why I thought it must be from some long running thing...
And these blades...can they be any kind of weapon?
Squishy Cheeks

Swords mostly, and I left it open so you can create the charachter you want.

I meant to say based off of...didn't want to demean your idea...my bad...anyways...
Whats so good about Ratlings? Do cat people look like people but with tails...do some get better strength or whatnot...what skills, and how many can we have...
And can I have say...a this? (http://www.usawushu.com/shop/weapons/DoubleHooks.html)

Ratlings are small, quick, have good senses, plus they are good in underground situations. Catmen like ratlings look like humanoid cats. They're furry and bipedal. Catmen are good at stealth.
and sure, any weapons you want are good.

You never explained what a Shandim is...
Squishy Cheeks
12-12-2003, 05:58 PM
Well being as how they are very xenophobic mostly your hardly going to deal with them. but essentially they're a mortal version of the elves. Good fighters and powerful mages, but they aren't immortal. they live only a little longer than a human and that's only if they treat themselves well. If you want to know more PM me other wise don't worry about it. It's not to important.

Random effects would be undesirable in the swords, so no. Jae'sun is a bit of a perfecionist.

Hooha! An RP entirely of swords! I'm in!
Name: Tama Simparti
Race: Human
Class: Samurai
Age: 26
Armor: Standard Samurai armor (horned helmet, wooden shoulder guards, arm guards, leg guards, and a large chest/torso guard), and the chest guard has a symbol of a dragon on it.
Weapons: Large elemental blade (explained below), small daggers
Equipment: money, extra pair of sandals, and bottle of saki.
Appearance: 6', long black hair that's tied into a ponytail, and blue eyes. 164 lbs. (w/o armor), 185 (w/ armor). Wears sandals, a lose covering (think Samurai Jack), and the covering is covered by the armor. He usually keeps his helmet in a bag, unless he's fighting.
Bio: Tama was a samurai for a little-known shogun. The reason this shogun was secretive was because he was the holder of the Ryu-shikin. (explained below.) The shogun eventually died of old age, and his will said that he wished the sword would be given to Tama, for all his years of service. Now, Tama is simply trying to find a new job.
Sword Name: Ryu-shikin (Jae'sun blades)(katana)
Age: Around 1970 years old.
Characteristics: Can channel the elements through it's blade, increases speed, and has other effects that even Tama doesn't know about.
Appearance: Is a 6 ft. long katana model, with a 2.5 ft. long hilt. The hilt is golden, and the blade is clear as crystal. You almost wouldn't know that it was there, unless you saw it in the light. But, when it channels the elements, it glows a different color for each element. The end of the hilt has the head of a hawk, which has rubies in it's eyes. It has an inscription on it's hilt, that reads "Only one with a soul of great purity and might shall control the elements themselves through this blade of power."
Bio: Was one of the blades forged by the sorcerer Jae'sun. It was an experiment of his to see if he could channel energy through a blade. He managed to do it with a special crystal alloy that he created himself. It's a special sword that will work only with those that are pure of soul. To anyone else, it's simply a large crystal stick.

Shouldn't you have to say all of the swords abilities now? Otherwise you can just make up something later at any time...

12-12-2003, 06:46 PM
Well, my guy simply got the sword as a present, so he doesn't know much about it. Plus, Jad might want the swords to be able to do something special later, like summon a great power when they're joined, or something, and my guy sure as hell won't know that. So, it makes it easier that way.

I had a thought, were there any other great sword crafters that might have forged swords like these, or were they all made by Jae'sun?
Squishy Cheeks
12-12-2003, 06:51 PM
I like it. I'll tell you if it conflicts with a first or second gen sword. Those are his most powerful of his creations. Only two of those aren't accounted for. Leo and Dura. and no you can't claim Dura. It's where it is, and staying there.
edit: Yes lots of good or skilled smiths. Jae'sun just has thousands of years of experience.

Yeah... Could I have a weapon that was made by some mage a year ago or something, who was attempting to recreate a Jae'sun blade?
And of course, you get the strongest one...
Squishy Cheeks
12-12-2003, 06:56 PM
it's not really a measure of strength. All his blades are powerful, but Leo is a second gen, and thus it bears a bit of it's previous owners and the older it is the stronger, since alot of owners.

12-12-2003, 07:31 PM
Name: Meran D'Shan
Race: Elf
Class: Guardian
Age: We don't really know. Looks about 23.
Skills: Tactics (mainly defense), very good fighter, knowledge of armour, not a half bad archer. Not the best mind you, far from it. But fairly good. Calvary (How to work in it, how to fight against it) wilderness.
Armor: Finely crafted chainmail. He is used to wearing huge plate things, but he only uses those during seiges.
Weapons: His sword, and a bow.
Equipment: various monetary coins, some flint, his pack which contains a bed-roll, food, and various other camping supples
Appearance: Stands about 6' 8" Yes, he's very tall. Gaunt looking. He usually wears a dark grey tunic that splits after the waist giving it two flaps. Under that is a smaller black tunic. And his chainmil of course. Over that is a dark grey cloak, with a light blue interior. Dark brown bracers with a golden vine design on them. Light blue eyes, and very very short dark brown hair.
Bio: Meran (who most just call Mer) lived in the elven cities. He was a prince, taught to fence, to sit just so, etc. His brothers thought it was the best thing in the world. Meran thought it was punishment. As soon as he could, he left and joined the military, then went and served with humans. They taught him what armour to use, how to survive, tactics, etc. He got used to armour, and his swords going dull and even breaking. It was the best time ever to him.Very soon following this, he moved up in the ranks. He helped during seiges, with tremendous effects from his sixth-sense on where to be when during a fight. After about 10 years of service, he was promoted to a general. His company fought along with him, and he fought with them. After about 5 years of that, he disbanded it. While they were elite, they needed to be able to go and help others. He went back to his normal life-style. He returned to his father, who was disgusted by this. To further his father's disgust, he'd arrived in full armour. In a fit of rage he had chain-mail crafted that was so fine it was as good as plate. Seeing what he thought were barbaric swords, fine elven blades were made. Keeping the same look and feel as the human armour, a full suit was made. Meran was horrified. He took them anyways, and has only used the armour during a couple of seiges. In the most recent one, he saved a hermit who rewarded him with an elven-looking blade. Meran has no clue what it is, but he uses because his last sword shattered.
Sword Name: Suren'Ka
Age: one of the younger blades, it's only about 1200 years old.
Characteristics: Unbelievably sharp. It will never get dirty, weaken, or lose it's edge. It also takes no resistance to air, water, or even flesh. Like, it'll stop if it can't go through, but he doesn't need to swing super hard to get through something. Kind of like when you swing your arm, you feel resistance. It doesn't take that resistance, making it easier to use. Also, it glows blue if someone tells a lie nearby that's relevant to it's users needs/desires.
Appearance: http://www.weaponmasters.com/index.html?ID=a717c1fbaf7c5b364524da4bbf2bd508&ITEM=UC-1298&SUB_ITEM=MORE_PICTURES&SORT=PRICE_UP&FDX=1&FMAX=10 Best picture I could find of an elven looking blade
Bio: Suren'Ka is one of the younger blades, made with lack of inspiration. Jae'sun made it with the idea of making the perfect sword for common people. It was kind of successful. He finished it, but decided to make it a truthsayer. After he finished it with the help of an elven forger, he decided that the world was barbaric enough. It did not need stronger weapons. He eventually lost track of it, but rediscovered it and gave it to a magistrate as a gift. That magistrate was murdered. From there, it fell into the hands of a crook, then a child. Then an aged warrior, then a knight. That knight grew old, and into a hermit. He was saved by Meran and gave him the sword as a gift.

Alright, got my character together.
Name: Darius Fireborn
Race: Human
Age: 28
Weapons: The Melchoir sword, Forever Zero
Armor: Chainmail
Skills: Great Sword Mastery, Jae'sun Blade Lore, Magical Artifacts Lore
Equipment: Traveling gear, spare papers and pens, his books on Jae'sun blades and other magical blades, money.
Appearance: He stands at 6 feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes and an athletic build. He doesn't always stand out because he is very plain looking. He wears a plain red tunic with his chainmail underneath, with brown pants, and a brown travelers cloak.
Bio: Darius lead an average life, but was brought up on tales of the famous Jae'sun blades, and was always fascinated by them. He has turned himself into a sort of scholor on them, and while he doesn't know everything there is to know, he is learning quickly. He collects any and all magical blades, and is writing a book detailing all he has learned about them. While he may seem somehwat scholerly at times, he has more than enough skill with swords to let anyone know he is more than a simple scholar.
Extra: He bears the Melchoir Blade Forever Zero, see below.
Name: Forever Zero
Race: Melchoir Blade
Age: nearly 2000 years
Benefits: Gives incredible strength to the weilder, and grants the user the ability to manipulate objects by thought (telekinesis), also claims have been made that it can warp time and space, but no one has ever seen this accomplished.
Appearance: It is a a massive sword, The whole sword is 6 foot long with a 4 1/2 foot blade, and with a two foot width. The blade is made entirely of some black metal or stone, while the handle is crafted from ivory and wrapped in leather. The hilt is made of the same black material as the sword, and has words "Omnis Fabula Habitum Terminus" written in gold on it. The pommel stone is a red stone formed into a sphere.
Bio: One of Jae'sun's rivals in the court was the swordsmith Melchoir, who also worked to craft magic blades. He spent a long time and made only about two dozen blades, but they were formidable blades and the equal of many of Jae'sun's blades. The Forever Zero was Melchoir's final blade, and he put every trick of his craft into it. When it was completed, he sent it to a friend for safe keeping, but it was lost en route. The sword was lost to recorded history then, but if claims are true, it has resurfaced recently in the ownership of a wanderer of these lands...
EDIT: Minor changes to sword bio.

Only reason there are so many swords is Jae'sun is of the original council of sorcerors all the others killed them selves or were killed. and the sword is older than 2000, only Jae'sun knows for sure. since most of that history has become legend. We'll meet him briefly, but he's not going to get involved he has a government to run. I'd say a melchior blade was slightly inferior to just as good. Jae'sun was the mastersmith of the ancient world.

Two questions.
Does a Tomril have to be furry?
And can I use a unknown weapon(Most likely Jae'sun's though, unless he only made swords) that is a ball of metal, but caan shift to a shape of a weapon or armor?
Squishy Cheeks

Yes they are furry. Jaesun made lot's of weapons but you don't have to take them and a tomril would probably take a katar like weapon.

Name: Hiro
Race: Human
Age: 21ish
Weapons: Shifter, usually in shape of two knives, butterfly swords, katars, gauntlets, claws.
Armor: Shifter
Skills: Nothing much, but knows how to survive in the wild
Appearance: Dante is six feet tall, with brown hair and silver eyes (Side effect from using weapon how he does), which makes him stand out, even though what really makes him stand out is that his right arm is a shiny, silver color. Wear’s a plain, gray shirt and baggy black pants.
Bio: Dante was an adventurous kid, going out into the wild often, sometimes disappearing for days. His parents were annoyed that he would leave without telling them, but they never worried about him. One day, he decided to just leave altogether. He packed up a large provisions of food and some water, took a blade from his house, and left. He traveled around the world, taking odd jobs to pay for food and shelter. Years later he ended up back at his home town, and he went back home for a while, but left soon after. Now he still travels around, looking for something to do.
Name: Shifter
Race: ??? (Believed to be a Jae'sun Blade)
Age: ???
Benefits: Increased speed and agility to the user
Ability: The Shifter can shift itself to form a shape that the use wishes. It’s weight never increases, and can cover the entire body for armor, but usually is better to focus on one spot. The changes can never exceed seven feet. The weapon can separate from itself, but only to a max of about six feet. Sometimes it randomly does something on it's own.
Appearance: In it’s true form, it’s a small ball of silver looking metal. However, Dante wears it on his right arm, covering it completely. Usually is wrapped around Dante’s right arm, making it silver.
Bio: No one knows the true origins of this weapon. One day Dante just came across a ball of metal sitting on he side of a path he was taking, and decided to pick it up, possibly to sell it for money. Later that day, he was attacked by a wolf. His old sword was long rusted, and sold, so Dante ran. He got cornered, and wished he had a sword. The ball of metal formed into a large sword, and the wolf ran after getting cut. After that, Dante experimented with the thing, and discovered he could turn it to what he wanted it to become. He called it the shifter from then on, and has brought it to many weapon smith’s and scholars, but none truly know where it came from.

Its when the Power Rangers became public that it all went to hell...and when they ditched the gretest color scheme ever...
Black Guy = Black Power Ranger
Asian Girl = Yellow Power Ranger
Jock = Red Power Ranger
Hot Chick = Pink Power Ranger
Nerd = Blue Power Ranger
And a talking head...cmon, you cant beat it.

No it was good until they sent billy to space or something and then they started just bringing random characters in to become new power rangers and such. The original ones were the only good ones.
*glances around* come on, I grew up with two brothers, how could I have not watched power rangers when I was little?
Anyhoo, I was thinking a talking sword more like Tales of Destiny, if anyone has ever played it. It's a great game. ^^;

Name: Barashkukor (pronounced ba-rash-ku-kor)
Race: Ork (I’m assuming that this is similar to orcs)
Sex: Male
Age: 25 (right now I’m assuming that orcs live about the same amount of time as humans)
Weapons: Binnol, a large chain weapon (it’s hard to described unless you’re a weapons buff, think gundam epyon’s chain and your close), has elemental attribute of wind. A large metal rod, basicaly just a quarterstaff made of metal, is extremely heavy for most if your not an ork, has the elemental attribute of lightening (some have called it the lightening rod).
Armor: None.
Skills: Hunting, wilderness survival, resistence to elements (cept rain), ork lore, ork shamanism, fighting with: fists, chains, and staffs
Appearance: Tall, muscular build, Black hair tied back in a warrior’s brade, and yellow eyes. Wears loose, durable shirt and pants or earthen color (used to break the high winds of his homeland).
Bio: Baraskukor, also known as Baras to his friends, is the first shaman to wield both the Wind Binnol and the Lightening Rod in over 200 years. He is from the ork tribes of the harsh wastelands, and is used to extreme temperatures, high winds, and electrical storms. He hates the rain, loves the wind. Enjoys the sound of thunder and the look of lightening. A vision drew him out of the wastelands and he knows very little about the world outside of what he has been told by the occasional trader brave enough to venture into the wastelands.
Extra: nothing that I can think of right now.
There, how's that?

Name: Ainaz D'rell
Race: Shandim
Age:17
Weapons: Scimitar (http://www.mwart.com/images/p/Functional_Swords_Sinbad_Scimitar_Swor_2006_92.jpg ) (on water), Pole Arm (http://www.anivision.info/gallery/albums/HackSign-Kurim/HackSign_Kurim_004.jpg) (on land), boot knife (strapped to forearm when at sea), daggers and throwing knives (used whenever the hell she wants).
Armour: little to none. armour is hard to swim in. has leather wristbands, if that counts.
Skills: sailing, swimming, thieving, horse riding, swearing, archery, bargaining, brigandage
Appearance: Tall, reddish-brown hair cut short and spiked(i'm not sure if the braid is an Kishan thing, or a shandim thing. if it's shandim, everything is cut short except the braid.). Blue-green eyes. Black tribal tattoo running up left side of neck and just onto her cheek, and down her left arm. Wears a beaded shark-tooth pendant, and the generic clothes of a pirate, loose fitting draw-string pants, and a wraparound shirt. Bare feet. On land she wears stout leather boots.
Bio: Like most Talan clansmen (and women), Ainaz is a part-time pirate, part-time merchant, and a full-time thief. And she enjoys it greatly. Her tribe, the Dreu, focus mostly on piracy (and it's more legal forms, smuggling and merchancy), and live life on the high seas. Ainaz isn't of age yet, so she can't get her master's ticket and move up to first mate of a vessel. But oh how she wants to. She loves the sea, especially the freedom it gives her. Last seen sailing towards the East in search of booty. Arr. : P
Extra: Bears the Jae'sun blade 'Ilio Hae
Name: 'Ilio Hae
Race: Jae'Sun Blade
Age: somewhere around 2500 years old. give or take a couple hundred.
Benefits: Speed and dexterity. Can only be wielded by the descendant (either spiritual or blood) of it's original owner. Inspires tactical and leadership skills.
Appearance: take the Scimitar pictured above. Shorten the hilt by about an inch. Wooden hilt is engraved with images of ships, waves, and wolves. Blade is etched with tribal wave and wolf designs. Steel has a bluish cast. Has a dangly beaded feather hanging from the hilt. Incorporated into the designs on the blade, in ancient Shandim, it reads "A wolf's fighting spirit never dies. He will never surrender."
Bio: The Smith of the ruling council, Jae'sun, The Rounaud Sorceror, forged several blades of great beauty and craft. Using his powers he awoke the spirits of the blades, and gave them noble souls of the Noble animals. He gifted these ten blades to the ten generals of the Shandim empire. 'Ilio Hae was given to Akritan Dreu, the merchant prince (and general) of the greatest city in the Shandim Empire. 'Ilio Hae has since stayed within the clan, although not neccessarily the family. In order to wield the blade, the bearer must first be accepted by it. As far as the Shandim know, Ainaz is the first woman to bear 'Ilio Hae.
*'Ilio Hae is Hawaiian for Wolf. or at least that's what the nifty online dictionary said. :D

2500 is still about right. only reason I said 2000 is the Ali have an oral tradition not a written history, so the actual record of when the sword was created are not that accurate. again only Jae'sun knows for sure. Ghost, yours would be a 3rd gen reproduction of Shan, the original wolf blade. That one is accounted for in Jae'sun's collection.

(sorry about the length)
Name: Uoyot H'tead
Race: Tomril
Class: Assassin
Age: middle age (refuses to disclose the exact years)
Armor: custom-made studded leather
Weapons: two short swords (see below), vials of various poisons, short bow
Equipment: rope, grappling hook (for use on rope), small very sharp cutting tool, flint and steel, a stolen (and not very good) horse, and a small amount of money from various regions.
Skills: climbing, horseback riding, archery, hiding, pick lock, disguise, escape, and other skills an assassin would find handy
Appearance: about 5' 6", 98 lbs (w/o equipment), slightly muscular build (but nothing that stands out), medium-long length hair all over body (covers a large amount of scars), green eyes (with a slight glow if you look close enough)
Bio: Uoyot was adopted into a rich family (i'm not going to bore you with any more childhood details...yet). One winter's day, he was out riding with his family when they were attacked. Uoyot was the only one to survive that day, but moments after the slaughter, there is a huge void in his memory. Where it picks up again is about 8 years later in the middle of the forest when he awakens from an unnaturally caused sleep. He knows he lived those past 8 years of life, but remembers nothing about them. One thing that was different on the latter side of the void was a general increase in physical ability, and more knowlege of anatomy, architecture, streetsmarts, subterfuge, and other subjects. Uoyot became aware of this and put his skills to use, eventually becoming an assassin for hire working out of a town nearby the forest he woke up in. After years of constant work and relocation, one fateful job is taken, and Uoyot became the new owner of a unique pair of swords... (more in Bio for sword)
Sword Name: Ra'jik and Sa'jik (Jae'Sun blades) (short swords)
Age: roughly 1600 years old, though probably older
Characteristics: Speed, Dexterity, and Absorbs a small amount of sound and light (absorbtion can be amplified by an experienced user, Uoyot is not quite to this point, however).
Appearance: Jet black identical blades that are so dark it almost seems they absorb light around them. The hilt is made of a marble colored, leather like and so far unidentified material. No etchings or defects are visible
Bio: The swords were originally given to Lord Dewwat for a previous favor given to Jae'Sun. Lord Dewwat eventually waged war with Lord Verisha and was defeated (his head and swords were taken as trophies). Lord Verisha's empire grew quickly and then fell into a state of anarchy and the swords were temporarrily lost as the empire became the ruins it is today. They were found again almost 1300 years later by a very poor merchant looking for various items to sell. The merchant found the swords, knowing nothing about them. When the swords were placed on the market, one man bought the swords as soon as they were placed on the merchant's stand for an extremely large sum of money (primarily to keep the peddeler quiet about the transaction). The swords resided in a mansion for a few more hundred years, until a client of Uoyot's placed an assassination order to kill the owner of the mansion. After the job was completed, Uoyot noticed the swords and the odd feeling he got as he walked towards them. He took the swords and escaped into the night.

Alright here's my character. No theif for me, but I'll be a fighter ^^
Name: Khakoi Mitsu (so returns the name from hell. hehe)
Race: Human (Rounaud I guess it is)
Age: 19
Weapons: Illuser
Armor: Seen in the picture. Just the sholder armor
Skills: sword fighting, horse riding, ass kicking... err I mean... regular combat.
Appearance: http://www.angelfire.com/md/tofd/images/fruteepuppet.gif (the girl, not the puppet) Except she has blond hair (gotta keep with my tradition. ^^ ) http://members.fortunecity.com/stahn/Rutee.jpg (there's a farther away picture)
Bio: Khakoi was born into a rather wealthy family, but she grew tired of always having everything given to her, which led to be a fairly boring life. So she ran away from home to find her own 'calling'... or at least to find adventure. She's always had a knack for fighting and she will in no way let somebody walk all over her. She tends to be outspoken and says what she thinks.
Extra:
Name: Illuser
Race: Jae'sun Blade
Age: over 2000 years old (*shrugs* I didn't really know what else to put here ^^ )
Benefits: The sword talks and sometimes offers advise (even though it's about as outspoken as Khakoi is, if not more). Other than that, it helps in combat.
Appearance: http://members.fortunecity.com/stahn/Igtenos.jpg
Bio: (umm I haven't thought of one yet.)

I'm updating my weapon's...I'll be the earth guy...
Sword Name(s): Feda and Fiducia
Age: Unknown, really old though.
Characterisitcs: When properly swung by the appointed wielder, it can rend the earth (creates huge gashes in the ground that go on for about ten feet).
Appearance: Really bitchin (http://www.usawushu.com/shop/weapons/DoubleHooks.html)
Bio: A few millenia ago, Jae'sun was traveling through a remote part of the world when he came under attack. Taken by suprise and threatened with death, he eventually escaped, but not before he was posioned. He wearily stumbled through the remote firest, finally stumbling into the newly built church of Jude's hometown. The resident priests nursed him back to health, and to repay their great kindness, he crafted Feda and Fiducia, and imbued them with the power of the earth, his simple way of wishing that the church would remain for as long as the earth itself. They have since been handed down to each of the head Templars.

Name: Zato Roronoa Isperi
Race: Shandim (Isperi)
Age: 24
Weapons: Longicolnis, a short sword and his bare hands.
Armor: A long robe and a light breastplate, with a pair of fingerless gloves.
Skills: Stealth, medicine, two-handed swordsmanship, unarmed and spear-based martial arts, surviving in the wilderness.
Appearance: A young, handsome man with blond hair and blue eyes, dressed in a long robe covering his light armor. (http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-8/329156/BastardMacFinal.jpg)
Bio: Zato was born of the Socerai clan, but one night, when his family was travelling along the borders of Isperi and Socerai territory, their boat was ambushed by pirates, leaving only Zato to survive. He was found by an Isperi ranger, Roronoa Isperi, who raised Zato as his own. Roronoa was a master spearman, and he taught Zato everything he knew. One day, when he and his foster father were travelling the wilderness, enemies of his father ambushed them. Roronoa, in a bid to protect Zato, sent him away before being killed by his hunters. Blindly, Zato ran through the woods until he entered a small cave. He saw a raised pedestal in the center of the cave, and upon it a large, gleaming blade. The blade told him its name - Longicolnis, or "long horn". Zato walked out of the cave with Longicolnis, looking for his father's killers, but he could not find them. Since then, he has wandered the world, training with Longicolnis, waiting for the day when he might avenge his father.
Name: The Lancea Longicolnis
Race: Jae'sun Blade, albeit a very unorthodox example
Age: Unknown, but doubtlessly ancient (2000+ years old)
Benefits: Longicolnis grants its wielder limited power over physical reality, though this may change depending on how attuned Longicolnis is to its wielder. Longicolnis is also able to animate itself and fight independently of its wielder, and when thrown, it will return automatically to its wielder's hand. A side-effect of the reality control power is ESP, the ability to see things at a distance, and an incredible dodging ability. It may have more powers, but these are the few that are readily apparent.
Appearance: Unlike any other spear, Longicolnis (http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-8/329156/BastardGungnir.jpg) appears to be a six foot long greatsword with an oddly-shaped blade, sans crosspiece or handguard. It seems to be made of a single piece of gleaming silver metal, with slight bronze hints throughout. Along the center of the blade is a raised metal ridge with a rounded handhold cut into it. Closer inspection reveals that the area serving as the hilt and the insides of the ridge are covered in intricate carvings, both for cosmetic purposes and to increase its user's grip on the lance.
Bio: Longicolnis is unique among Jae'sun's creations. It is a lance that he forged from the horn of the fallen angel Uriel (hence the name Longicolnis, or "long horn") for the Dragon Knights of the Kishan, and imbued with great power by the Socerai warlocks. However, following the Kishan Exodus the spear was stolen by agents unknown. Though it was meant for use as a lance, it can be swung as a greatsword and even thrown. (http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-8/329156/BastardUriGungnir.jpg) It retains the fallen angel's power over reality, but this power is checked by the need for its user to attune to it through countless hours of practice and meditation. Longicolnis is sentient, but communicates by triggering memories and flashbacks rather than actual speech.
