Hey, anybody know if this edition is still being sold? I went over to Amazon, and it's currently not available. I'm trying to collect as much information on Brian's book as quickly as possible...are there any officially sanctioned previews or excerpts online?

I got the digital edition back when I found out I couldn't buy the book from any of the local bookshops. Stupid england. Anyway, only problem with it was I couldn't lend it to anyone else to share the awsomeness.

How does one buy it? The uppery right square still says "This item is currently not available." But it does say I can tell a friend. Is there a friend I can tell about this sad state of affairs who can fix the problem?
