D&D cool ideas

I was reading all the other roleplaying stuf and found that all the others were clogged with stupid arguments othat pertained to nothing and wasted many pages so...

I started this post.

First off whats everyones fav. class

Fighter are my Fav. cause trhey wak stuff with big shiny swords, and kill monsters and stuff.

I like myself thiefmages (you can stab people and then blow them with fireball!) and Red mages... Classes that are atleastbit good at everything...
but i truly wanna play thief/mage/cleric! = :rmage:

I like rouges, with a level or two of sorcerer. Mage armor, Expiditious Retreat, and Magic Missle, and you've got one well prepared rouge.

I'm a sorceror person. Though I do occasionally play rangers.

I don't play enough to have a favorite class, but probably the funniest and coolest character I've ever seen was my friend's dwarf cleric of Moradin. He had a magic warhammer that he named "Thundercrunch". Once he lopped off a mindflayer's left arm with it. I found it impressive, because it must be especially hard to lop off a limb with a blunt weapon. It also made for the funniest line I've ever heard.
"A critical hit! The grimlock barbarian goes 'splooge'. Ok, it's his turn now."
"But I thought I killed him!"
"I didn't say you splooged him to death."

I'm a big fan of The Bard, The Fighter, The Rogue, and The Initiate (Exclusive to wot).

Basically I like anything with hella lot of potnetial for different rping. The fighter has so many different ways to go and with the 'oriental adventures' book it gets so much more interesting(martial arts heh). The rogue... what can I say?

The evil wizard declares "Ha I will kill you all!"
"... I sneak up behind him?"
"*rolls* No!"
"... I backstab him?"
*more rolls* "DAMMIT!! ... *sigh* death by massive damage. He dies"

The bard "I cast a quickened summon monster and stab him while singing to provide everyone with bonuses and smooth talk them into not killing us"

The Initiate is just like the most uber spellcaster ever. Flexible, powerful, plentiful. Nothing else I can say.
