So, anybody got a chance of seen this? Just saw it last night, aside from the last part which drags just a little bit too long, the whole movie is fun. It's one of those "Feel Good" movies, with a lot of jokes and set pieces that work... it's not overly complicated. Which is actually pretty good for this, it works.
The whole premise is that when you say yes to life more often you get tools to deal with pretty much anything that comes your way
Also, it has the best rescue scene i've ever seen in a comedy!

You might not be aware that it's based off a book by this man (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Yes-Man-Danny-Wallace/dp/0091896746) which is a wonderful book, and I highly recommend that you read. Other stories include him starting a cult where no one knew what the cult was for (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Join-Me-Story-Started-Accident/dp/0091895820/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1230493998&sr=1-5).
Heard not as good as the book (Ain't it always?) but I'm a sucker for Carrey so I shall see this!

I saw it. Jim Carrey really did well and this goes to show a great story about taking either "No" or "Yes" too far.
4/5
-1 because of gratuitous GILNF sequence... (Note: nothing is shown and it's still more PG-13 ish otherwise)

4.25/5, this was surprisingly a reallly good movie. I actually enjoyed it a lot!
I see where your coming from Jagos, but it was a hilarious scene. When you get the entire movie theater going "ooooh no" and groaning, well, you know you're successful in getting what you want from the audience!!
I gave it a .25 higher than I normally would have, just because this movie put me in a really optimistic mood after I saw it. A movie that has an aftereffect on the individual is successful in my eyes.
There was some really hilarious shit in this movie though. I definitely recommend it!
