Hate to break this to you, but only six episodes exist. They were made for ABC in 2000, and got Fireflied.

It's a fucking fantastic show though.

Being a big fan of Kevin Smith, I picked up the box set as soon as it came out - and after listening to the commentary, I realized how much ABC stinks as a network.

The show times were erratic, the company didn't research the show, (Jay and Bob are DRUG DEALERS?!?!) they didn't like the show, and they tried to change everything. They also lied and pushed it aside.

They are still getting King of the Hill...if you notice in the commercials it says at the beginning of next year...last I checked it's still aught eight

Also you can just watch the Clerks TV show online...it's everywhere.

honestly no other joke can make me laugh that hardHoyt. After seeing this episode a bunch of my friends started doing that to another of our friends, trying to get him to go insane. (This was back in high school.) We'd ask it to him all the time, slip pieces of paper with "Is it safe?" written on 'em into his coat sleeves, so that when he put the coat on it'd be in his hand, I made a t-shirt with IS IT SAFE? on it in big block letters, oh, and at the end of the year all of us snuck the phrase into our senior profiles. (ie, "Chris will be attending the IS IT SAFE? University of Pittsburgh") Good times.

Really the Clerks show wasn't that great...It had it's moments but it's pretty obvious why it was canceled.

My favourite episode, hands down, was the second. Solely because it was a clip show.

Too bad that was the first episode that was actually aired, which caused anyone watching to miss the joke completely.

I got the joke, even if it was more of a "lol the first episode is a clip show!" joke for me than "lol they're already doing a clip show" joke. I mean, it was obvious most of the stuff had never happened.

Incidentally, I have only seen those two episodes. I must watch the other four, I must watch them all again!
