So, who is keeping track?

At least for now, this is the good that's on TV. The show really seems to be getting even better, which is a great sign. Im really liking the current story arch, and so far, 4 episodes into season 5, there are alread a few episodes just as good as some of the best in Season's 3 and 4.

The show is still smart, there's evolution, there's fiction... on one hand it's bad that characters like cameron and chase dont get much screentime anymore (Chase is ok for me, the guy is an ass...) on other hand, the new character introduced on Ep2 ( The private detective ) is working, and it's being done fairly well.

I think the whole Wilson deal, from Season 4, will last for this whole season, but i sure hope he is kept in the show. He was a very good analog to House.

Yeah, the compassionate one. And I still like House. Though it seems he'll never change though...

My favourite part about the show is the friendship between House and Wilson and I'm glad to see them getting 'back together' again in ep 4.

House clearly wouldn't be getting away with being who he is without someone like Wilson around, for the many resons that he is - around. It's obvious that House cares very much about the friendship even though he frequently claims not to.

It's also fun that the characters are smart enough that when they say something you think is stupid to someone, they can turn around later in another situation and explain why they said that thing. So when they pull out something crazy you can just tell yourself it's the character telling the other characters what it thinks they want to hear, rather than it, or the show, appearing stupid.
