So I was expecting to level off of my last Necro, but instead ended with 99.997% base exp, at level 114...

I couldn't really ignore that, and had the immediate desire to get my max base off of a poring. I was in Abbey F3 though with no bwings and obviously didn't want to @die. >.>

So I warp back and manage to live, get back to town, I checked my char select exp and RMS's base exp charts and killed 1 Hode so that I only (supposedly) needed 5 base exp to level. =O I killed a poring and didn't level. Wtfudge.

For a time there were these unwalkable spots where the old Fenric and Mesden Stylist NPCs (not surprised at Fenric) used to be. Not sure if those are still there.

Basically, people just assumed someone made those NPCs invisible and left them there for whatever reason. Nobody really minded the unwalkable spots anyway.

Learning to deal with EQuake is really important though. Sooner or later, people will need to pick up the slack and do the tough MvPs.

Besides, Lord's EQuake is weak as hell and he casts it slow.

You're a SinX. A lot of these things are class specific. Garm and Stormy have SG, which can be pretty tragic if you're ill prepared. Whereas Sniper don't have to worry about said spell as much.

Nathan, what Magni really meant by kiting, was that you should pick a favorite color. Mine's baby blue, personally, but any color works. Cut out a piece of wrapping paper in that color, tie it to a diamond-like cross, and wha-la. DS and fly a kite at the same time. It's the MVPs true weakness...!

Erm, I've never remembered having a problem hitting Garm. Ever, really. The 115 dex build as long as I can remember probably helped that.

Mjre: could be done, and would be hellish to try.

It would be basic knit scarf, stitched together as hat form, with several knitted fruit all stitched together. Would take about a month of steady needlework to do, and would have to be washed by hand inside out and dried on a bowl to remove dust, grease, bird poo and other dirt.

In one month I could theoretically have 10 - 15 hats done for the entire server, including some rather thoughtful Ro-related ones, possibly including the penguin, raccoon, anything from poring family, deviruchi, mini-demon, lunatic, drooping kitty, teddy bear head, marionette or lif doll, ulles, bucket, wizard (the stars would be hell), bunny ears, and (this one will tickle all people LN and GS) hornet/bee.

I would rather do MANY simple hats than one complicated frightening one. Especially since finding out that my do-nothing job is going to be up for review after Christmas.
Apparently I am not doing badly not working for eight hours at a time, however they want me to take over the French Canada Case Manager rôle as soon as humanly possible. That is as high as someone like me can get in this company and not have to go salary.
Is a VERY demanding job. ^^ I just CAME from US Case Manager, which is also quite the fun challenge. The position I work in now is supercooleasypeasypuddingpie.

I do NOTHING all day. Oo NOTHING. My boss ensures that our crew has things to do or we would all go crazy. So, in addition to "doing ab so lute ly nothing yet getting paid for it" I spend my evenings sitting on my bottom, knitting, working over French lessons, missing Martie and Tyber talking with me, nursing a nasty bout of pseudo-limerence, making up stories and events for RaiRo, and reading warranties in French.

Sometimes to pass the time I throw candy at people, hoping to get them off the top of their head. I have lousy aim though. Usually just end up startling them. XD
Random violence FOR THE WIN. They don`t get angry at me, we both smile, and they get fatter too. We all win there!

Of late I have been contemplating sending a song to someone I do appreciate, but can`t seem to get along with (probably due to me being difficult. who knows): Scarborough Fair, by Simon and Garfunkel.
I`m a little afraid to, just in case they get angry with me.

Well, just the fact that I WoE on his character constantly(every WoE when he isn't on) and his build calls for food. And after each WoE he logs on with 4 or so less food then he had before.

This is why I like building my builds around +3 food. It's not as annoying to lose your food, and works effectively enough that you can win regularly enough.

My build revolves around being able to function fairly well with just the gear on my back and no consumables. So far I seem to do just fine.

I may add +3 food in at some points because it IS ridiculously easy to get if you have the right cards but that's still a maybe.

I get 12k damage (per hit), which is 1/5 of what I'm seeing, what's missing/wrong?

I did actually have my normal pvm gear on (20 mdef as shown, no reducs cause i couldn't find a decent garment. No undead or whisper or demihuman exp or alice or strong shield on me at all), and the Int food used was +5.

My guess is the linker who was getting hit with the spell had negative reductions on. I can't come up with the extra 30k~ damage otherwise (not sure what amp does, is it 200% or 300%)

Even if it is 300%, then thats 36k damage, give or take 4k (40k) which is still 22k left. (See my previous post).

Equipment enhances a build same as stats do. Equipment and stats work together to make the overall end result. A stronger example of a build that's almost entirely made out of it's equips is instacast with cast reduction equipment. It's impossible to achieve the same results and make the build workable at all without the 3 MVP cards necessary.

Hell, instacast itself is a good example of this. I don't think it's possible to achieve instacast without at least one piece of gear that gives you dex, that doesn't include the use of gospel.

And to be fair, having any kind of demihuman reduction gear at all is gonna change your playstyle. Specially if you're into hotswapping.

@Tretyal, the reason I use Odins blessing is because I have so many characters its one armor that can be interchangeable, and I haven't been fortunate enough to get a valk armor, so I stuck with Odins.

And as for final build, I would rather have valk armor of course. As well have orleans and a sign for accesorys. And Firelock shoes(not a big concern to me because SP is decently high)

I got white screen upon logging into Prontera (not that impressive), but it did make getting into the warp portal (for a Ktul party I was rushing into :)) difficult, since I couldn't see the thing. But anyway, during the time I had white screen, I had been killing Anubis. This creates a neat effect on the place, it reminded me of those old games that didn't have many graphics, or very simple graphics, and the juxtaposition was amusing (the old time look + animated water nearby, in the second picture)--I felt like I was transported back in time :D I took several screenshots but didn't like many of them, here are two of them.

He couldn't target it cuz hes a noob. That looks like a smooth 8 seconds but he was failing at hitting it and not getting one shotted it at the same time.
