Because honestly, if it were on Discovery or Travel or something people actually could watch on a sane cable plan it would be a household name.
I'm going to go out on a limb and call Three Sheets the Single Best Non-Fiction Television Series, and any example you're thinking of coming up with better (1) Have its own built in drinking game, (2) Feature a better host (PROTIP: This is impossible), (3) I was going to come up with a third qualification but you can't satisfy #2 and on top of that Three Sheets features a monkey-sighting game so that's another impossible thing to beat.
