During one of our gaming sessions some one reminded us all of this scene (http://youtube.com/watch?v=otEw5xHq9zI), which ended in a rather long laughter session. Just thought I'd share

Dexter's lab is an oddity for me. See I remember it as a good show but I can't recall every having watched an episode I liked. It's totally bizarre.

The Muffin King was the best one, and it spawned a pretty great Youtube Poop (http://youtube.com/watch?v=jNAYSBUwUOU). Dexter's Lab was a great show probably the best of the old Cartoon Cartoons.

I particularly enjoyed the movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0293092/), to be honest. My favorite part of the movie was when Dexter goes through various timelines after being attacked by the robots sent from the future to gather the various Dexters. The old man Dexter really is the main reason I loved it, though.

Mandark's episode. You know the one.

I rather liked this one (http://youtube.com/watch?v=udassUsGY30), though it's from the latter seasons and I believe everyone hates them.

problem with the later seasons was the artist, writing, and continuity was changed. Even if those seasons were good it wouldn't change the fact those episodes weren't really dexter anymore

Yeah, once the changed artists and voice actors, I lost interest. They just weren't the same. AND THAT IS SAD.

I always liked the dodgeball one, purely because of that awesome suit he had in his backpack. It doesn't get any better than giant robots and loading the balls with dynamite.

I know. That made me really upset when I saw that they did that.
Come to think of the newer animation style reminds me of Samurai Jack somewhat.
My favorite episode was the one where there is that giant axe dinosaur thing that the family bands together to destroy.
Best ever.

Definitely the best of the old shows on Cartoon Network...now they seem to just churn out crap...like worse crap than the last 2 seasons of Dexter's Lab...and those were bad...unfortunatly...everything just changed for the worse...It just wasn't as funny or fun anymore...

I'm going with Greed on this one...Muffin King was bizarre and hilarious!

im so glad im not alone with this... first they killed cow & chicken, then, Dexter, then, Kids Next Door....

and instead of improving on such amazingly well done shows... we get ben10

Hey no reason to say Ben 10 sucks

Atleast not while we have Camp Lazlo to complain about

Dude, Dexter's Lab was awesome. The one where his family all piloted the robot was awesome, just because of the song...Bah, I can't remember it. But it was so great.

Gah, why are all the awesome shows cancelled? I think CN secretly hates us.

No one here recalls the episode in which the supposed six year old had created it?

Does "You are stupid, you are stupid, and do not forget you are stupid." ring any bells?

Or that one with the Monkey...you'd think a show with a monkey would be good but it turns out that CN is so crappy now that they can even mess that up...I mean really? Monkeys are made for comedy and they mess it up...it just takes a really special kind of sucking to do that

Lazlo's a monkey too, plus it's made by the guy who made Rocko, Heiffer even gets a cameo at one point. It's mind boggling how it can still suck. But it does.

One good thing I can say about CN is that their good shows do tend to get decent runs, KND and Grim Adventures both got 6 or 7 seasons. And Grim is getting a sequel series I think. Called Underfist. Also Chowder's pretty funny.

Wasn't Camp Lazlo written by the guy who did Rocko's Modern Life?

Just asking. I haven't watched Camp Lazlo, but if what you say is true then I will be a sad man.

It's actually one of the most cleverly done episodes i ever saw, and one fine argument on how Dexter deserved better.

Well its good to see that I'm not the only one recalling the more awesome episodes.

But does anyone know what the original "Dial M for Monkey" was making fun of, if anything at all?

"Dial M for Murder" I believe, it was an old mystery show or movie. The title was I mean.

Hmm, neat. It always seemed like that was making fun of something, thanks for clearing that up Aerozord.

You know which episode I just remembered? The one where they tell all about Dexter's life from his conception to the creation of his lab in musical-format.

Does anyone know the name of that one?

Hmm no I can't say I do, but that made me think of the other episode in which that piano teacher discovered his lab.
