Well, Mindless Self Indulgence is coming out with a new CD in April called If. I am so excited. If you go to their myspace, you can hear a Birthday Massacre remix of one of the songs that'll be on there. There's also a link to download the Original Crappy Demo of "Due," another song that looks like it'll be on there. New CD in April, and I'm gonna see them in May. What could be better?

"Ladies and Gents,

As you may have read in a previous post of mine, Mindless Self Indulgence asked me to do some artwork for their upcoming album, which I now know is named "IF", and I went ahead and did so after a frantic race against the deadline. From what I can tell, my artwork won't be what you get in the standard versions of the release, and will instead be part of a "deluxe", limited edition, meaning once they've sold them that's that.

I said , in that previous post, that I hoped the album was good so that people thought of my artwork when they heard the music as part of the overall impression of the album, but now I guess the album just has to be good enough to go with the crinkly paper and typewriter font that my work has been replaced by.

Seems a bit on the generic side to me, but I guess it'll go over better at the Wal-Marts and the Best Buys.

You do your wee part to make the universe and all within it a more pleasant place to exist in and look what ya get? Am I right? Yeah, I'm right."


So yeah, hurry up and get the cool version of the album or you suck and everyone will know it.
