Access 2007. Piece of sh**. I've recently done some Access work in VB in my VB class and found it easier than using Access.

DO YOU HEAR THAT, MICROSOFT? IT IS EASIER TO MANAGE A DATABASE IN A PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE THAN IN YOUR SH*TTY OFFICE SUITE!

I shared that with my VB teacher. She had a good laugh.

Post your least favorite programs.

And if I need to do anything about my Obnoxious Font Size 724, please tell me and I'll be happy to change it.

Microsoft Scandisk. You know, from Windows 95,98,whatever. I mean, by the time it figured an hard disk had an issue, it would be quite obvious, to the point where it wouldn't start itself up. Oh, and it always failed to fix any bad sectors.

Dr. Watson. Seriously, what are you doing on my computer? Do you DO anything other then say 'I have found no problems with your computer'?

Give me time, I'm sure I know of more.

This is both my most favorite and least favorite program. It doesn't so much speeds up your computer... it sort of deletes System32.

A program that briefly gave me fits was the "Dell Network Assistant." As far as I can tell, it had no actual purpose but to wait until I was in the middle of a game or movie only to interrupt whatever I was doing to let me know that everything is working properly. I mean, really!

It was destroyed with many other useless programs and AOL gizmos in the Great Purge of Pat's Computer.

Norton.

Do I REALLY need to say anymore?

...and just when I was typing this, McAfee pops over with a "Need an update?" when I let it expire over a year ago. -_-;

Adobe Acrobat Reader. Thank god there's an alternative pdf reader. The number of times I used to download whitepapers and try to open them only to have adobe completely fucking lock the machine up to hell I couldn't count to if I was a millipede.
Wasn't just me either, you'd hear this particular battle cry around the office:
"FUCKING PDF!"

Vista.

Duh.

In all seriousness, Vista sucks. I am so glad that I have a Mac.

I have this thing that I don't get that it says it's installing every time I start up the computer. Oh well, it's not my computer.
