Considering the 'Cryo' part, I thought it was some sort of freeze gun...

But does that mean all of us would have one of these? And is the Cryo gun like a rifle or a pistol?

And can a witch only walk while using their powers? Invisiblity+walking is rather boring...

Pistol and all Psykers get it as standard issue. Whether or not you decided to take it is a completely different matter.

EDIT- And IHMN? The walking was just an example of how slow they have to move.

Of course I can still move, but not fast enough to do much effectively. I was hoping I could at least run, then I could go up and stab people. That is much harder to do when your walking.

Is it to late to switch powers? I just can't think of any effective way to compare walking invisiblilty to gravity control/telekenetics/pryomanancer/invisible walls and weapons/metal control, besides the occasinal scouting and stab.

Edit - If not, then I guess I'm going to have to find a loop hole or some way to abuse invisibilty...


Edit 2 - If FZ's guy was trying to move something with his powers, but Bite's guy was controlling it with gravity, but it is also metal and Rhuhaels guy is trying to move it, who would win?

As for the box, I might have to cede to Rhu and his magnetic abilities, since his best skill is moving metal/magnetic objects around, and while I can move metal, I can also move anything else I want. Sort of fits in with his Jack of All Trades role I realise now...

Actually, I see Bite's guy winning. Just make the gravity affect the metal thing 1000x or something, so no one is going to be moving it any time soon.

*Shrug* Whatever floats his boat in my opinion. If anyone wants to RP at any age, as long as he can RP well and has good grammer, I'll welcome them.

All Rhu would have to do is get a metal plate under it, make the bottom metal plate and the metal box the same magnetic polarity (Don't know if he can do that though), and it doesn't matter how heavy the box is, the magnetic effect would do the rest. It could weigh 1 pound or 1 ton, but with enough magnets, anything can be shifted with ease. Massive eectromagnets lift one ton or greater masses of metal, aka cars, all the time with magnets alone on junkyards, it doesn't seem that hard for him to use magnets to do the same.

Completely random and not with the current conversation, but I figured out how I'm dealing with my Japanese descent
character. I changed her bio around just a little to add why she knows English and such.

And she'll be thinking in english too, just so everyone knows what she's saying (and I don't really know japanese anyway, except for a phrase or two. ^^;; ) Just FYI everyone, so nobody has to answer my earlier question about nationalities. ^^;;

What kind of thing would your character steal? Like, money, weapons, valuables, anything he can get his hands on, etc etc....

Just so everyone knows, Kevin can remove any sense (Sight, smell, taste, touch, hear, and any extra senses one might have) from himself. The main one that is hard to understand is touch... If he stabbed you with a knife (THat he made invisible to touch), you would not notice you were being stabbed (Unless you saw your wound opening up) until he took the knife out. Same way if you punched him. It would be like punching air... Solid air... Your hand would act like it had hit something, but you wouldn't feel yourself punching anything.

He can also make anything small (Knives, jewelery, wallets, guns) invisible as long as he is touching them.

NYC please. It fits perfectly with what I said in my bio (I was under the impression we were there anyway). And also it has enough sleaze, sprawling concrete mazes, and adverse weather to suit any situation you want to throw at us believably. It also has a huge a variety of races and nationalities and it would make sense we all ended up here, especially the canadians.

That's the exact same thing I have. ^^;; only 2 weeks off for christmas break (unless you count snow days) and only a week of spring break... and it's the week before my birthday... grr... why can't I have spring break on my birthday instead of spending it in school? ^^;

I may get out of school in June (which is still late), but I get a grand total of 5 weeks off for summer.... 5 weeks. (And every single day that I don't have off since school ends I have to be at school earlier than I would for actual school...) Be THERE at 6 am... in the summer... *sigh* Why am I looking forward to summer "vacation"?

EDIT: and once school starts again in august, I only get two saturdays off until October 30.

EDIT 2: And that's not adding on Drum Major camp if I make the try outs...

(But I'm just pointing it out... I'm not complaining because it's really my own choice.... I must be dedicated... or crazy... or something.)

I feel for you gh0st, I too know the pain of University. I'm on "break" right now, which essentially consists of me being home for four days and studying for midterms, then going back to school to take said midterms. Then I finsih in May, only to have to go to work for the rest of the summer until school again whee!

How exactly is SS's guy an ex-lawyer when he is only 26? To be a lawyer don't you need a seven year degree of law or something, and then he would have to have been a lawyer, then quit and find a job as a band teacher, and it seems like he's been a teacher for a while.

Only for about a year. And technically, you can shorten your law degree to only five years, but I pity anyone who does that. It's like....twice the normal course load.

So..that puts him at Age 18 (Right after High School)+5 years of law=23.

Two years of being a lawyer=25

And a year of teaching=26.
