I have an actual mouse hooked up to my laptop. however the laptop is not reading(it is letting me do the actual pointing and clicking with it however it is reading it as a synapisis products instead of the company that made pointer). so it is reading the mouse as the touchpad and there is where my problem lies. as there is no cd for the mouse and no drivers/software for it on the companies website.
