Jekyll (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jekyll_(TV_serial)) is a show that's recently popped up on Showcase, and is something original and a bit unique - at least in my opinion.

I found out about it today, and it's a good watch... I think. I've only seen one episode. He ended up murdering a lion with his bare hands and throwing it's carcass at a truck. It was kinda neat - save for the whole animal cruelty bit.

Opinions?

The first episode I caught was the season finale, and it really interested me. Of course, now I have to wait who-knows-how-long to see what happens next...

But it's an interesting concept, and I look forward to seeing where they take this.

Oh, the wonders of Jekyll, written by the same guy who scripted The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances, The Girl in the Fireplace, and Blink in Doctor Who. I really loved this series, and though the ending seemed a bit shoehorned I managed to look past it just for its inventiveness. Every plot twist made sense and it works on many levels.

Really, one of the best things the BBC has done in the last years. I completely recommend it.
