I have a tiny little program called "Animator 9". it's a shitty program, but it's the only way I can make .gif ads. Other than that, I make .png or .jpg ads in Paint.net

I am uplodaing a website to Godaddy.com, and I am wondering how that is done.
Does anyone know publisher and the ftp protocols for getting a multiple page website uploaded???
