Linked accounts?

Is there any way to link two accounts, so they have the same status and stuff, but they have different names? Like on AIM.

You mean, two separate accounts whose status is always the same, i.e. when you log in with one, the other is logged in automatically? 'fraid I don't follow. What would you need that for?

No urgent matter. You Log onto the same account, but with a different name, for example. They have the same subscribed threads and stuff. Unless I can have multiple accounts for one email address. Can you do that?

Ah, I see. Actually you're not supposed to have more than one account, period. Some members have made second accounts for a one-time joke, but they don't use them for posting or, well, anything, which is fine with us (although we did lock some of those joke accounts as well). So, in a nutshell, nope, one name/account per person's the limit.

I think it may be more that CluelessDictator would like to have an alternate display name with which to post, which I believe is equally futile as asking for a second account.
