Welcome. A couple of years ago, I wrote a little thing in my spare time called "The Quest For Evil Pie", starring Black Mage as the main character, which was never finished. It was, however, quite entertaining to people and I have always wondered about getting back to that project. So, here I am, at page one, starting it over as a sprited fan-comic of 8-Bit Theater which is to be regarded as an alternate universe from Brian's work, situated around the time of shortly after the defeat of Kary the Fire Fiend. This comic is just basically a homage to the series. The only thing I own in it is my original themes, which are as MINE as to me as 8-Bit Theater to Brian himself. That's why it's called...

I would ask the mods and admins of the board to grant unto me one favor, if that is at all possible. It is my desire, now, to pursue this story unto its completion, to write and sprite about this non-canon act of amusement until I am done with it. For that, I'd like this to be a dedicated thread to that in which that I can continue to update this series.
That being said, I have the following story parts completed in sprite comic...

NOTE: This was original going to be four ages, but Photobucket wasn't displaying it right for some reason. The files weren't over 1MB, so I haven't got an F-ing clue what went on there. In ay case, the next pages will be better. That is, there'll be more of them but with smaller amounts in them...or whatever.
WRITER's NOTES: First of all, as this is part stry by a Writer and not an Author, there will be text. It can't be helped. Besides, you can't have cruel in-jokes without a narrator. Speaking of which, for those who have looked up and read my previous work on this, I did indeed ad-lib some for fun and prophet. The backgrounds for the intro comics were taken from Lemmings, although the first one is actually from Shadow of the Beast (since Lemmings DID have a level like that). The Cthulhu-Mech was not of my own design, but it WAS public domain, so I felt the need to use it here for some reason. The Sword-Chuck construction kit was also PD, by the way, and I'd like to thank Number 81 for providing the BM sprites so that I could make this easier...even though it may not have been his intent. It doesn't matter. This is for amusement purposes only.
