Think I saw this through NPF in another thread last week. But hey, I'm all up for starting another SSB:Brawl thread!

Personally, if they don't get Tails and/or a good Square/Enix character, I'm gonna be dissapointed. It looks like Nintendo is trying to make this THE game of the next year, if not few years or even the next generation. Smash Bros Melee was already one of, arguably, the top 5 most popular (and considered by many of of the top 10 best) games of this gen. And it came out2 weeks after launch. I wonder what an upgraded Smash Bros with 3rd party characters could do....

And I still think Square should let Cloud be in the game just so both Square and Nintendo can gobble up a quick BILLION from FF7 fanbo.....I mean fans. =P

Gamla karaktärer får kicken från Smash Bros.
Enligt ett nytt besked från Super Smash Bros. Brawls regissör kommer några gamla karaktärer kastas i papperskorgen för att göra plats åt nya i det kommande Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Detta bekräftades av spelets regissör Masashiro Sakurai i ett japanskt radioprogram kallat ''The Gaming Show''. Sakurai säger att några av de nya karaktärerna är Ridley(en fiende i Metroid), Bowser Jr, och Link från Wind Waker.

De som får kicken blir Game & Watch, Ice-climbers, och Young-Link. Varför Sakurai väljer bort Game & Watch och Ice Climbers beror på att intresset för dem inte var så hett i förra spelet. Nya karaktären Pit ska ta deras plats och kommer vara den enda som kan kallas ''old school''. Sakurai sa också att det kommer finnas när 40 spelbara karaktärer i Brawl, vilket lovar gott.

Old characters get kicked from Smash Bros.
Acording to a new message from Super Smash Bros. Brawls director, some old charcaters get thrown into the trash-bin to make place fore the new in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This was comfirmed by the games director Masashiro Sakurai on an Japanese Radio-Show called "The Gaming Show". Sakurai tells us that some of the new characters are Rdiley(an enemy in Metroid), Bowser Jr., and Link from Wind Waker.

Those who get kicked is Mr.Game and Watch, Ice-Climbers and Young-Link. Why Sakurai decides to remove Mr.Game and Watch and Ice-Climbers is because the intrest for those wasn't that hot in the last game. The New character Pit takes there place and will be the only one you can call "Old-School". Sakurai also said there will be almost 40 playable characters in brawl, which sounds good.

As per the video itself, I wasn't aware of the flexibility of wrestler creation in those games. It's really progressed. Some of them look rather horrid, of course, but that was a good effort.
