I've gotta make this a bit brief, so bear with me.
I'm starting a business that makes highly satirical merchandise based off of video games. We have the name, the logo, a ton of ideas, and I've commissioned a bit of art work (which I'll hopefully post up here tomorrow).
We also have the website, along with hosting and the shopping cart. The problem lies in the fact that I don't know squat about making websites pretty, nor am I all that proficient in html. I need someone who really knows their stuff.
I'm willing to pay, although I have to admit that I can't afford much (we're talking in the range of at most $150). We need someone to set up our homepage, possibly help with the shopping cart setup, and maybe impliment some other ideas we're tossing around, such as a forum and such.
This is not a joke. I'm looking for people who are very serious about this. I'll try to post up some of the artwork we have already.
*edit* This is a mainly graphical position, although knowledge in implimenting forums a major plus.
