That's the link for Mr. Internet Copyright Infringement Lawyer himself, Squidi. Based on earlier Penny Arcade events;

Squidi and Gabe got into an arguement because Squidi's sprites were being used for avatars, and weren't being cited. Gabe told him he had bigger things to worry about than avatars on forums, and that the difference was large enough that it didn't matter anyway.

It repeated this way for a long time, and Gabe and Squidi both started doing newsposts/blogs basically involving Squidi bitching and Gabe sighing and shaking his head, or simply pointing out Squidi's frustration.

After a while it went into a stalemate, with Brian among other people insisting that Squidi was out of his goddamn mind. Squidi's asshole is still sore.
