I noticed that there was a "favorite books" thread, and a "what are you reading?" thread, but I haven't seen any threads were people can discuss books which they've just read. So i'm making one.
This is how this thread works, post the title and author of the book you have just finished. Then you go on to tell us something of the book. Did you dis/like it? Summary? Would you recommend it?
I just finished American Gods by Neil Gaiman. I liked the book quite a bit and it gives you a great look at religion in general, and how even things we don't even think of as religious could be considered so. Anyone who has an interest in religion, folk tales, or mythology should check this book out.
