Battle Royale: Day 1 Morning

The sun rose over the sea. Suddenly loud soeakers around the island blared to life with the sounds of drums. Suddenly Horns blared loudly playing Charpentier's Prelude from Te Deum. The music drifted across the island for several moments.

"IT IS 6:00 A.M. RISE AND SHINE SLEEPY HEADS!!!" Kitano's voice blared over the speakers almost cheerful. "Rub the sleep from your eyes and have some breakfast... Here is the list of last night's casaulties:

He was awaken by the loud fanfare that was going outside from a sound slumber, one he didn't think he was going to get. Looking around one of the rooms he had taken for his own, he saw that the door was still propped with the chair he placed there, and all the shades were down. No sight of a struggle to get in. He sighed relief as he listened to the announcements, taking out his map as the areas were being called. "Ok... I'll be safe here for today. At least... from those creepy bastards who are trying to kill me via this collar thing." He looked to the barred door. "That's not going to hold for long..."

Status / Position: Healthy (Piano Wire) / -Tomasu

Akiyo continued trudging on behind her new psychotic master. At least, however, she consoled herself in still being alive. She followed her new "master" for fear of suddenly being shot in the back should she try to run, although it wasn't a particularly brisk or enthusiastic follow.

She did however, keep her eyes open, owing to the fact that the majority of the students probably had guns, and fate just hated poor Akiyo very badly.

"So master... What are we going to do now?" She asked Tomasu meekly, following behind him.

Kusanagi was in the sector marked on the map as H-4, keeping his wits about him.

I'm a little more than halfway to the clinic and i haven't run into anybody yet. this means i'm a bit overdue here...

A twig snapped somewhere behind him. He turned around just in time to see a student leap at him brandishing an axe. He managed to bring the bat up in time to swat the axe away from hitting him, as the student, which he just had time to realize was Yutaka Seto, crashed into him and they tumbled downhill.

Kusanagi managed to get to his feet just as Seto made another charge at him, this time bringing the axe down in an overhead strike. he brough his bat up to meet the strike, blocking the handle from moving downward any further. Seto tried to push through his guard, but Kusanagi merely kicked the other student away with a swift kick to the chest. Swinging hard, Kusanagi hit the arm holding the axe. Seto let out a yelp of pain and dropped the axe, while Kusanagi used his free hand to draw the Sig Sauer and level it right between his would-be killer's eyes.

"baka..." Kusanagi said quietly as he pulled the trigger.

Seto slumped to the ground as the bullet passed through his skull and brain and exited out the other side.

He considered taking the dead student's axe, but he found he liked the weight and speed of the bat a lot better. So he merely added Seto's food provisions to that of his own.

Reholstering the pistol, he set back on course for the clinic.

Position/Status : I4 (Heading East towards I7) / Healthy (Baseball Bat/Sig Sauer)

Mutsuye heard the girls walking through the jungle in f-8. Mutsuye was on her way to the shrine when she heard voices on the road. Kato and her bitchy friends. They called Mutsuye a slut, although never to her face. Mutsuye readied her gun and tucked it behind her back.

"Where are you going?" she said stepping onto the road behind the three girls. One girl held up potlid. Kato cracked a whip.

"Oh it's you." Kato said flatly. "Like we would let you tag along with us."

"Those are your weapons? pretty pathetic. They gave me this." She pulled out her uzi. The looks of fear in their eyes gave Mutsuye immense pleasure. The thunderous sound filled the quiet air by the coast, then there was only the sound of the waves and metal hitting pavement.

"What we're going to do, my slave..."

Tomasu turned to the bushes and looked evily between the leaves.

"Is kill the boy hiding in there."

A boy jumped from the bushes and tried to escape. He may have escaped, too, if Tomasu hadn't already had his shotgun out. With a pull of the trigger, a large bloody hole appeared in the back of Osamu Onishi. The boy dropped down dead. Tomasu had a smile as he walked over and went through the boy's pack.

"A knife. Very nice. Now my toy has something to use when she plays for me." He picked up the belongings that would be useful of the dead boy, and tossed them to his slave.

"Carry those."

[Armored Bishoujo]

Status / Position: Healthy (Boxing Gloves) / F7 (Moving to F6)

Kaori couldn't believe what she had seen. One girl (Mutsuye), without hesitation or regret, just pulling out a gun and killing a boy and three girls. Kaori was heading west from where the action had occured, and although she was sure Mutsuye didn't see her, Kaori got to witness the bloody deed. She had no idea her fellow classmates were like this. A horrible game like this, turning teenagers into bloodthirsty monsters.
Then again...
"I might just be the only one who is sane now. There's no way that many people could have died through suicide. The island. The insanity has stolen the reason of everyone here. Probably even me, because now all I can think is that I have to find a gun somehow."
Boxing gloves were most definitely not going to decide any fight for her. She needed a weapon that could kill at a distance or she was sure she'd be dead before it hit noon.

Status / Position: Healthy (Knife) / -Tomasu

Akiyo might have thrown up, or ran off, or otherwise tried to beat Tomasu to death had she not expended a serious effort of will to maintain her stoic expression as the former killed the poor boy without fail.

It soon became apparrent to the med-student that her new partner actually was the demon she had pictured him as. She emotionlessly caught the bag thrown to her by her "master", and took the knife in pocket with a similar soulless-icy gaze.

It was that same soulless-icy gaze that came over someone when they noticed they'd made a horrible, horrible mistake. The same soulless-icy gaze that came over someone when they knew they had to kill someone they knew in their sleep, for the betterment of society as a whole.

But Akiyo bode her time... She had been spared by Tomasu for a very good reason, and she intended to make the best of that time to properly put him down. It would require a great deal of positioning and suprise...

"Yes... Master." she responded...

Kusanagi realized there was some of Seto's blood on his hand following the scuffle they had.

Hmm...can't leave that there...

Noticing a brook near him he walked up to it cautiously. After making sure the coast was clear, he dipped his hands into the water and started wiping the blood away. But it wasn't easy. The blood was refusing to come out.

"out damn spot," he muttered as he rubbed harder.

as the blood was eventually being cleared away he noticed something. Specifically, 3 bodies floating downstream. All female. All bullet ridden. Two of them were beyond recognition, but one he did recognize. Sakura Ogawa.

He felt a deep pit open in his heart. Sakura and he had dated a bit about a year ago. While it wasn't anything long term or too serious, it still was a shock, to see someone he had gone out with now laying in the water shot to death.

He wiped the few tears from his eyes, and made sure his hand was clean before getting up. Sakura...if i find who did this to you...mark my words you will be avenged.

Not wasting any more time, he gathered his stuff back up and headed back towards the clinic.

Tayuumi had made her way to somehwere near a shanty. She held her bag on her back and her fully loaded pistol in her right hand, still trembling at what she had done.

Once she came up to the small building, a small noise came from it. She gripped her gun a bit tighter and held it up. Cautiously she pushed through the door. No one was in the first part of the shanty. She walked up and turned a corner into the small houses kitchen and waiting there was a guy with a chain wrapped around his fist.

Completely instinctively she shot him dead through the chest. From the side door came someone who heard the shot, but once he showed his face Tayuumi shot again, his head becoming a fine mist from the bullet's impact.

Tayuumi keeled over, on the verge of breakdown of what she was doing. She shook the thought from her head and grabbed the unfortunate man's tazer, tucking it in her left pocket.

"Yeah... I'm done here...."

Nagori had come to realize something. While the idea of watching as each one of those intolerable toads that called themselves his classmates die by his hand, he also didn't at all like the idea of being forced to do something. Anything. He'd been forced against his will all his life.

Well, enough was enough.

Pulling the pins out of every last one of the grenades assigned to him, tossed the handheld explosives up into the air, enveloping him in a massive explosion as they made their descent. Oritotsuke and Inada, coming out of their shock of seeing Ando die, were able to react fast enough to not get caught in the blast, though they did get knocked a few feet further than they had intended as they leapt away.

One first and last act of rebellion by Nagori Kanazawa. May the rest join him shortly.

[Raiden]

Tomasu stared at the lighthouse from a distance. His eyes narrowed as he daydreamed about the deaths that will come. He turned to Akiyo.

"Bring the things, slave. We're going to camp here for a while."

He took her to a hidden place, and they ducked down. He took the food from her, and gave each of them equal portions. Not because he viewed her worthy of equal portions...but he didn't need much, and he just had to give her enough to keep going.

His eyes looked up, the cold blackness in his pupils glaring out through the strands of dyed blonde.

"The people in the lighthouse. An interesting little clique. They seemed to stick together in the class room. Tell me, slave. What do you know about them?"

The shotgun was resting on his hip, aimed at Akiyo in case she tried something.

Akiyo always suspected treachery from people like Tomasu, and was intent on staying as alert and "kindhearted" as possible, at least until his guard was down. Thus, she spoke with a measure of truth.

"The clique is the cheerleader group of our class. They're generally a bit airheaded, and rather fiercely... Oh, shall I say, "of the in-crowd". They tend to get the attention of the jocks, and the like. Probably don't have the guts to kill anyone like you..." Akiyo said, stammering at the end, and eying Tomasu's eyes for that little look of insanity, as if to ask, "Just what ARE you thinking, you sick bastard?"

"However, there are five of them, and two of us." Akiyo warned, trying to dissuade Tomasu's course of action.

[Raiden]

Tomasu got up and chewed on his bread, pacing around the camp. Every so often a low laugh would come from his throat. He gave her an excited and crazy look, bread crumbs falling from his open mouth.

"But it makes it that much more exciting, doesn't it? It's quantity over quality, sure, but still. There will be blood spilled. And it will be glorious. And you will help, like a good toy."

In his pacings he had been behind Akiyo, and his shotgun went up to press against her head.

"Unless...you don't WANT to play the game?"

Akiyo didn't flinch this time, as she knew how Tomasu worked now. It was a business relationship, really... As much as she hated it.

"Indeed. T'will be glorious." She said dryly as poked her in the back with his shotgun. "When do we start?"

[Raiden]

Tomasu looked at her with his evil grin.

"In an hour. I know their kind. They aren't used to these situations. They're exhausted. They'll need to sleep. We'll sneak around, enter, and get them while they're sleeping."

[Squishy Cheeks]

H-5 became active on the large monitor screen red triangles marked the combatants with their sex and number. Beside the map on both sides the combatants were listed.

"Tomasu is near the Light house, sir" A sergeant said to Kitano.

"This should prove interesting."

A triangle in the middle of H5 was moving as quickly as it could. Kitano looked up from his painting. His eye twitched. He looked at his watch then back at the monitor.

The triangle disappeared from the map. "Girl #14 Chiaki Kuriyama" on the right side list turned red.

He made a change to his base sketch and went back to painting.

Masa (nickname) went outside with his BB guns and went through the forest. He saw H-5 was active. Sneaking behing the sargent, he tried to assasinate Kitano, He failed, and was getting shot at by the sargent. "This is a wierd day," he said in disgust. He shot the sargent, while Kitano got his pistol.They both shot at the same time, and ricocheted off eachother. He knocked Kitano out, and walked away slowly. "The crices is over, And I've avanged Chiaki." He had had a crush on her since he joined the academy. He did not know Kitano was only knocked out, however, and fled.

Ah, Spriter...a few tips.

1) This would be the game thread, not the sign-up thread. Sign-ups are found in this (http://forum.nuklearpower.com/forumdisplay.php?f=17) forum. It is considered bad form to jump into a running RP without GM approval, just so you know.

2) You'll also notice that this RP has not been posted in since about mid-May. It's a dead game, so you are not likely to get any response. If it's at the bottom of the 1st page or on the 2nd page and beyond, chances are it's dead.

If I come across as mad or something, I'm really not, just trying to help you out a bit.
