View Full Version : Special Arena Fight: Mesden VS Raiden
Mesden
04-28-2006, 04:58 AM
In the middle of what one would believe as nowhere, a giant dome structure, miles upon miles wide and taller than the tallest building, rests.
A content woman strides forth from a burst of light. Clad in a red, she crosses her arms and waits for her would be adversary.
(Massive dome arena. hundreds of miles of empty space. No advantages. Just a straight up fight.)
Raiden
04-28-2006, 05:08 AM
A portal appeared, and normal Raiden stepped through.
"So, Mes. You wanted a fight too, huh?"
Mesden
04-28-2006, 05:10 AM
"Of course. Beating you up is the new fad and all."
She sighed and tapped her finger on her head. A multi structural glyph appeared, glowing in a white and blue aura.
"Now, should we actually try this time?"
Raiden
04-28-2006, 05:15 AM
Raiden shrugged.
"May as well."
He crossed his arms in front of his body, and concentrated. Slowly, the flesh began to disintegrate from his body, revealing a strange form of energy beneath it. It was a strange sight, his skin coming off like a disguise almost.
Soon, his entire body was replaced by the glowing energy, save his long white hair. He no longer had a mouth, but some strange power made it heard.
Haven't gone into this form in quite a while.
Mesden
04-28-2006, 05:30 AM
"This'll be my 4th time, I believe."
Her fingers seem to phase into her forhead and pull the glyph out. Her fingers clenched and the luminous seal shattered into a dust of lambency.
From the point on her head came a cascading white light. Filling the entire arena and breaching through the strong walls. From miles around, there wasn't one being that couldn't see it. Like a beacon of purity, the brightest point of light came from her eyes. The red glow now fading into a auriferous blaze.
Her arms slowly shed into the silhouettes of unbound power. Once they had fully been released, they clenched at the air and effulgence, causing a ripple to spread through the incandescent aura.
Then came her crimson attire. The emanation burning away the old and carrying in a billowing cloak of white and blue that surrounded her and formed a brand new cover.
And finally, after the display of power, the illumination washed down and halted around the goddess before slowly fading into her lustrous form.
An echoing sigh emanated from the glowing figure and so did the words that came from the voice of the mouthless.
"Finally back in this old form. Feels pretty good."
Raiden
04-28-2006, 12:39 PM
Raiden did what was considered a sigh in his current form.
You always WERE one for the dramatic, sis. Although, the bright light was new. You've been working on it. And yes, it is good to get back into these forms. The human avatars we have tend to be a bit...restricting.
As Raiden said the last part, he stretched his arm. It wrapped around his body several times, then snapped back to normal. All loosened up, he entered a defensive stance.
Ladies first, sister.
Mesden
04-28-2006, 04:09 PM
Of course...
Her left leg, or whatever it would be called, apped off the ground lightly, but the small touch sent the Goddess speeding towards Raiden, faster than most could hope to see.
In mid lunge, her hand clenched and out of nowhere came her spiritual blade.
No withering blade this time. That's just cheap.
Raiden
04-28-2006, 04:56 PM
Raiden's right arm went up, and the energy reformed itself. His arm became a blade of powerfully dense and sharp material.
Of course. Then again, we are gods. Everything we do is cheap.
With his own high speed, he put the sword arm up and blocked Mes's attack.
Mesden
04-28-2006, 04:59 PM
Sadly, his block was ultimately futile.
As his blade blacked the trajectory of hers, there was no clang of metal. No epic clashing of god power. Just a slight ethereal ease through his blade and the spiritual sword cut deeply into him, but in the ethereal way.
I KNOW you saw that coming.
She echoed, wrenching the blade from him.
Raiden
04-28-2006, 05:05 PM
Of course, sister. Just wanted to have some fun. I mean...I like my sword arm. It's fun.
The cut Mesden had made was already reforming.
But, I guess you don't want to spar with my physical weapons.
The metal of the arm was covered with a strange energy, and gave off a small glowing light.
This should handle that spirit power of yours.
Mesden
04-28-2006, 05:08 PM
Ahh, you take the fun out of pointlessly tearing you to shreds. Alright then.
And again with no more than a blur of ethereal movement, she attacked him. Spinning on her right heel as the blade hurdled towards his right side.
Raiden
04-28-2006, 05:12 PM
without moving his main body, his arm snapped out like a snake, blocking the attack from the side. The glow from the blade knocked her spirit sword back.
Just like the sparring matches we used to have, huh? Well, except that you don't have home field advantage here.
Long glowing energy tentacles shot out from his back and struck out at Mesden.
Mesden
04-28-2006, 05:14 PM
I have the home field adavantage everywhere...
Her hand twisted off and spiraled into several vortexs nearly in an instant. One large one that blocked the attack and several smaller ones that formed all around Raiden, his own tentacles in mid charge against him.
Raiden
04-28-2006, 05:23 PM
The tentacles struck Raiden, but were merely absorbed back into him instead of doing damage.
Hmmm....these vortexes are annoying.
A rune floated gently from his body. It got sucked up by a vortex, and the portals instantly closed. He lifted his blade hand.
Now, back to the business at hand.
With speed matching Mesden's, he struck out with his blade, going in for a horizontal slice.
Mesden
04-28-2006, 05:34 PM
They are, aren't they?
She replied, right before the slash had been started.
Then the blade came plowwing forth. And another sigh escaped her lips as she lazily waved her sword hand only to meet his slice. The clashing easily slid her back several feet, but didn't change her stance.
Ahh, the days of sparring. Such aimless fun...
Her hand lashed forth and grabbed his blade wielding arm, her left hand still holding the blade against his, and dove into it. Her arm began to twist as the glow of his arm began to swirl and change color to be similar to hers.
Her hand quickly jerked out and her eyes traced back to his.
And now your essence has been disrupted. And if I were you, I'd not be to quick to try a rune using escape. I know you have no comprehension of this altering. It's not even what you would think of as reality. My gift to you, dear brother.
He could feel something jerk, like something was controlling his arm. Suddenly, the spot that had earlier acquired a bit of Mes's color had now become black and twisted. It swirled around like a void in his spiritual attachment of an arm, tearing it apart piece by piece and easily keeping up with his regenerative power.
Spiritual oblivion. You like?
Raiden
04-28-2006, 05:49 PM
I must say, I'm impressed. Quite a brutal move for someone like you. This is quite a lot of pain.
Raiden looked down at the void in the arm. It was eating up his body as quickly as he could regenerate. He couldn't have that. His arm seperated from his body and dropped to the ground useless. The void ate up the dismembered arm, and disappeared.
What a waste of a hand. I have to remember to dodge that next time.
Already a new arm was growing.
Mesden
04-28-2006, 05:54 PM
I have to be brutal. I'm afraid anything above the mundane would just go right over your head.
She watched as the new arm formed quite easily.
Now then, she struck a stance, left leg pointing out towards him and her right arm holding the blade behind her, Bring it.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 05:48 AM
I shall, dear sister.
Two growths appeared beneath Raiden's arms. They each grew into arm blades like before, with the special glowing covering them. He now had four arms, each with a blade on the end.
With an incredible speed, he rushed forward, all four blades swinging in perfect rythm.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 05:58 AM
Mes pushed up on her foot as the blades came at her. With nothing less than a dive she hurdled closer to Raiden as the blew drew in and surrounded her to strike.
All four came in at her in perfect allignment. With a powerful swing of her sword, two blade were cut down on one side as the others sped closer to the other side. They lashed in as Mesia (Her real name and what she chooses to be called by in this form) kicked out one of her feet to stop the lower blade and her free hand grabbed the other in mid air. The instant result sent an insanely powerful shock of electricity out, bu the flow of power just passed through her body easily and dissipated, not even bothering her.
The one she had grasped quickly seperated from its master as the lower one pushed her back on her one foot. With a bend of the knee the blade was pinned down and an instant later severed by her blade.
My turn...
She kicked off again, sword held behind her by her left hand as her lunge presented what almost certainly had to be a swing. But as she dove for him, her right arm recoiled beside her and gave a strange, greenish light. A light so subtle that it was nearly impossible to notice through the light the rest of her body emitted.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 06:11 AM
What Mesia hadn't noticed, was that when she grabbed the blade a part of Raiden had latched onto her. When she dove at him, the piece grew and spread, restraining her arm from attacking.
Raiden fluidly dodged to the side, trying to avoid the incoming attack.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 06:15 AM
He dodged, but she span her blade around to force him to back off while she mentally drove the alien presence in her body. After the seconds of removing it had fell to the ground and out of her body, dissipating away.
So, you take the path of the Greeks and invade your sister? How grand.
Her hand still emanated with the green that was steadily growing brighter and brighter. She casually strode towards him, hand showing on purpose and obviously so.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 06:24 AM
Raiden's arms were folded. If his face had a mouth, it would be smiling.
Do you blame me, sister? We are gods. It's what we do.
In a sudden teleport, he appeared behind her and started to rub her body with his hands.
Besides, you have no idea how Greek I can be...
Laughter came from him, almost jester-like.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 06:28 AM
She bent her head down and sighed.
Why do I put up with him? Oh yeah, this.
As soon as the word left his mouth, what was, for all intents and purposes, his leg was kicked from under him. She span on her still land fairing leg and brought the leg that had kicked his into a hurdling attack that shot him into the air, propelling him away from her.
With a shining smirk, her glowing green hand began to get brighter and stronger until it was the most outstanding part of her body.
Ready? she spoke, her right hand recoiling.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 06:32 AM
Being flung into the air, Raiden did a clean flip and landed smoothly on the ground. He would have smiled, but again, no mouth.
Of course, sister.
He stood straight up, being able to dodge at a moment's notice.
Let's see what younger sister has thought up.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 06:42 AM
She tilted her head, that quirky, "Oh really?" motion that everyone could recognize.
You asked for it...
The green light found itself placed in the air by the means of an outstretched arm. She looked back to her brother and the grin she had grew a bit wider.
Ethereal cataclysm
The light swirled around and left her hand, flying high into the air above her. The beacon of emerald began to expand rapidly. Faster than even the gods could run.
Let's start she murmured to his inner self. The echoing bringing forth the green blanket.
Raiden had found himself enshrouded in a weird aura. Not the green that had engulfed him, but a hue of several colors, swirling around in a pychadelic realm.
You her voice spreading to every corner of the new world, have been entrapped in an ethereal Armageddon. And don't expect to get out too easily.
In a flash 4 Mesia's appeared. Each one different in some physical way from the one before it.
The one that was the direct one and kept the appearance of the original stepped forward to Raiden.
In here, only two energies exist. Your body and my power. Try your Rune and watch them backfire. This isn't the ethereal Realm. An all new one I made for you brother.
She struck the stance that she had used earlier. Left foot out and right hand holding a blad behind her. The other Mesia's followed as well, striking the stance in perfect balance.
Now, fight Raiden.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 06:57 AM
Raiden looked around the area. He casually poked at the energy making it.
This is quite a trick, sister. Perhaps I should have stopped that glowing fist of yours. Of course, I was a bit distracted at the moment. Heheheee...
He stood back in the center of the four, and stood tall with his hands behind his back.
I know you have some special trick for me here. Likely one of these glowing women. However.....
Long spears of energy suddenly shot out from his body at incredible speeds.
the best way to learn is to do.
The extensions shot out at super high speeds, coming close to piercing each of the four women.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 07:12 AM
Of the four there was the original. She spear came at her and only her hand went to stop it as it dug into her.
The Green one stood to Raiden's left and let the spear hit it. In a near instance the spear had a sickly black flow coming from it and through to near the owner before Raiden disconnected it.
The Blue one that stood behind him turned in the less than an instant of time before contact and struck the spear down with its sword.
And the red one that stood to his right waved its hand slightly and a shield of light blocked the spear, encircled it and tore it apart from its origin.
I am the origin. The real one spoke.
I am protection. spoke the red.
I am time. spoke the blue.
And I am decay. finished the green.
You see Raiden. We are all different entities, so to speak. Not your crime of a puppet power. But real seperate and uniquely powerful individuals.
The blue grabbed Raiden by the underarms in a instance of time, shocking the God for but a moment which gave time for the red to wave her arm as an overly powerful shield came upon him and held him. The red focused her power to make sure to keep the shields power enough to hold him.
The green struck forward and pierced its hand through a hole that the red made in the moment of time before green's hand met the shield. The hand plunged into Raiden and quickly spread the super rot throughout him.
Then blue held to green's arm as her color traced down her to her hand that was plunged into Raiden. Suddenly the already fast rot grew insanely faster as it ate away at the fastly regenerating god.
And the origin opened her arms as she spread a link to each of her selves. The link obviously some form of power upkeep and lockout defense against Raiden's power he used on Mesia previously. The infecting power.
Now Raiden, try to escape. You will be damn hard pressed to do so in your current state.
And it was true. The rot and holding were taking there effect to the greatest they had ever been seen before.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 07:33 AM
The Raiden being struck by the rot did indeed seem to be in trouble. Hell, it'd be devastating if it had struck him. However...it wasn't. The body crumpled from the rot, but left no soul gem behind.
That's when the real Raiden made his move. A small patch on the real Mesia's body grew, and jumped off, slowly forming into Raiden.
That was a nice trick, sister. Good thing I thought ahead and left some of my essence on your body when I copped a feel.
Raiden's form wavered, and began separating.
It would seem I'd need some help with this.
Four Raidens stood there. One had glowing red hair, another had glowing green hair, the third had glowing blue hair, and the original kept his glowing white hair. Each Raiden stepped forth and said their thing.
I am Raiden's essence of Decay. You can not rot that which is already rotten.
I am Raiden's essence of Time. Time means nothing to those that stand outside it.
I am Raiden's essence of Protection. I know that every shield has its kink.
And I am Raiden, the original.
Each Raiden found their counterpart, and attacked.

Pyros watched on, from his own viewbox, eating spicy buffalo wings. "Ooh! Ooh! Go for the left! The right! Sock him! make him eat corn! That a boy Raiden, show her whose firstborn!"
In any fight between siblings, it was also important to be as unbiased as possible. Of equal importance was videotaping it and hawking the DVD for $50 a pop. Oh, yes.
And he bet it'd sell doubly as well if he simultaneously sold it on the internet with a misleading name of "God on Godess" action! Ha! Foolish mortals and their need for porn!
But either way, he had time to kill. KP had apparently gotten the blue screen of death, and Pyros didn't want to mess with him until he snapped out of it.

05-01-2006, 04:25 PM
As the green charged forward to meet it's match, they each drove their venomous hands into each other. Thier own forms of rot killing each other rapidly.
The two protectors clashed. Their powers matching, form for form. Their exhaustion soon defeated each other again.
And finally the blue. Thier fight was again a great stalemate. But one that none could see. The fight that never happened. Outside of time where they had infinity to trade blows.
And finally the origins.
As Raiden rushed her, she sighed, her ability to ready and act obviously increased by the zones form.
But when she spoke, everything seemed to freeze. Her words unable to interupt. They were just there. In his head.
Awwh, you only did that to plant a piece of yourself in me? And I always thought my brother had an eye for me.
As the upper part of Raiden's body twisted around and lunged out in a near uncountable blur of piercing limbs, Mesia sighed again.
Originality isn't your strength.
Even to Raiden's gifted eyes, her movement was a meer blur. His own body seemed to move in slow motion compared to her every step. He could see what she was doing, but never had enough time to stop it.
One limb severed and dissipated. Another, then another. Soon, all that was left was his lower body that had stayed in its place the whole time as Raiden reformed back into its original form and stared at her intently.
Slow. So slow.
And she was behind him. He could feel her. She was just there. Somehow in less than no time, she had been there.
And from her came a whisper. Nothing was slowed, but there was no movement.
You're no fun.
As if it were a command, with her last breath the swirling world of lights turned into a vortex, spinning around until it met a single point in the air. Just a speck of twirling light.
Raiden looked up and back to her, waiting to see what she would do. Afterall, he was here to have fun and test his sister.
The tiny light fluttered down and landed on Mesia's outstretched finger. She jumped back to put a bit of distance between the two and gave a mischevious chuckle.
Now Raiden. I want a real attack. Trust me, I'm prepared.
She held her finger up, as if showing off the miniscule glimmer held upon it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And off in the distance, something else could be heard...
Shut the fuck up Pyros!
Raiden
05-01-2006, 04:36 PM
I apologize for the lack of originality. I've just been so interested in these new tricks you've found.
Suddenly, he was behind Mesden, though not touching her.
I can have more than an eye on you, but that's for another time.
Suddenly, he was farther off to the distance.
But right now...I think I should show you an attack of my own.
His hands reached out, and gave off a strange glowing. They slowly charged up, increasing in brightness.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 04:43 PM
Again, another sigh escaped her. Her fingers danced the glimmer across one another, waiting impatiently.
I'm waiting. So far, you've stuck to the same few tricks and a few of my own. Oh, and the displacement of energy in the world to make you teleport is worn out as well.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 04:56 PM
If Raiden had a mouth, it would perpetually be in a smile.
I already apologized, sister. I have been spending my time seeing what you can do. And now that I've seen your moves...time to show you mine.
His hands were glowing very brightly now, though she could likely see through the light. As such, she could see his fingers stiffen and then stab out....and the tips disappeared. She couldn't guess where his tips had gone, until it seemed his hands were grasping onto some invisible fabric. With a powerful pull, he tore down what he had been grasping at. Suddenly, a strange massive purple and red turmoil of energy appeared. It was hidden behind the torn opening.
This, dear sister, is Rathrin. A source of energy so powerful and unstable that it was dumped into a separate pocket dimension, without access by anyone. Of course, tearing through reality gives me access.
Raiden reached into the energy, and his arm began to meld and mold with the energy.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 05:00 PM
Hmmm hhh hmmmmmm... her echoing voice hummed out.
She looked over to her brother, ripping sheer energy at its source and absorbing it into him, still twiddling the fluttering light over her fingers.
Hurry up now.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 05:14 PM
The strange red energy was quickly being absorbed into him, red lining his blue body. Once he had enough, he sealed off the ripped open reality.
That should be enough. And now, sister, you'll feel one of my attacks.
The strange red energy wavered, and wrapping sprouted up from the arena and latched to her. They glowed with a strange light, signifying she couldn't phaze through these bonds like normal.
How does it feel, sister? Unable to move?
Red dots lined his blue body, and from each spot a long spear of red energy launched, sending hundreds of spears flying toward Mesia. The spears struck her body, piercing through and shocking her with a powerful new energy.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 05:41 PM
She stood firm, still shackled and pierced several times over, and looked right at Raiden with her unpierced eye and said, That hurt, fuck you, Raiden.
Her motionless stance was soon broken as her right hand took hold of one of the chains that entrapped her. It shook violently, flailing around like a leaf in a hurricane and shattered in her grip. Raiden’s eyes drew to her hand, the hand that had held the perverse dimension in a marble, and saw a strange power emanating from it. The glow was serene, but threatening all the while with its deep crimson shade.
With a flash of movement her hand had grasped one of the spears, the touch burning away the super material like it was merely paper. Her hand waved through the rest, enveloping them all in the eerie blaze that accompanied it. She brought her eyes to stare to Raiden, anger filling them for some reason, when they both obviously came into this fight expecting some kind of pain.
Her foot took a step forward, crushing the ground underneath it with a light touch. I care not of your energy.
And another step followed, this time sending neighboring pieces of land into the air with a step. I care not for your skills.
And again another step, but this time being followed by perfect silence. She lifted her right arm in front of her and clenched the air with her hand. The force sending a ripple of power throughout the area.
But if you EVER bind me with CHAINS and STAB me with BURNING FUCKING HOT SPEARS again, I will make DAMNED FUCKING SURE the rest of your MISERABLE PERVERTED LIFE is spent CRYING to yourself about how you RAPED your sister with YOUR SCOLDING HOT TOYS and how she KICKED YOUR ASS SO BADLY afterwards, you COULDN’T MUTTER A PIECE OF SHIT RUNE TO MAKE THE PURE PAIN I BURNED INTO YOUR EVERY ORIFICE GO THE FUCK AWAY!
With the rant over and a bit of heavy movement from her seemed to be chest, she continues the strut towards him, grasping her blade with her right hand.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 05:47 PM
Raiden chuckled to himself.
So angry, sister. I knew it wouldn't kill you. But this anger does seem one-sided. Who was it that, mere minutes ago, had bound me within a barrier and forced a rot to decay my body away? I may not have been fully in it, but I must tell you it was damn painful.
His arm shifted back into a blade, covered in the same energy.
If you do not wish for pain, don't spread it around. Though the raping your sister part seemed a bit extreme.
Mesden
05-01-2006, 05:58 PM
You seem to miss the point of it Raiden. If anyone else tied a girl up, made is so she couldn’t move, and stabbed her with burning spears ALL OVER her body, but knowing it wouldn’t kill her, guess what the FUCK that means? You’re so damn sick. First the tentacles and now the damn bondage. On your SISTER. Fuck, no wonder Pyros has a warped mind. He ACTUALLY hangs out with you. Anyways…
She pointed her hand out to him, looking as if it were trying to clenched something in the air, but struggling to do so. Then he felt it. A quick, burning feeling in his chest.
Now let’s see that pretty little gem of yours…
Her hand pulled back in a yanking motion and, without a delay, his soul gem was forced into existence. Painfully tearing into his being and shining through his already luminous body.
I DARE you to try to put it back, brother. She said, marching towards him calmly.
Raiden
05-01-2006, 06:05 PM
Raiden felt a powerful pain, and dropped to his knees. His hand clutched at his chest as his soul gem was forced into existance.
You know I'm not into that stuff, Mesia. You're merely interpreting it like that. No reason to be thinking I'm some perverted old man. You know me better than that. If I was to do something like that to my sister...it'd be more tasteful.
He was breathing heavily, obviously in massive amounts of pain. Of course, she had taunted him to put the soul gem back. She obviously had a trick up her sleeve. Best to see where this was going.
PyrosNine
05-01-2006, 09:00 PM
Fuck, no wonder Pyros has a warped mind. He ACTUALLY hangs out with you. Anyways…
Pyros sighed. "Oh sure! Everyone's a critic!" he said haughtily from his booth. "And it's not like you're normal, either. Sure, I may have been booted out from the realm of the gods for a time, but I heard tales, Sister!"
Pyros lay back indignant as he lay upon the cushioned pillows and watched the fight continue. He stops and thinks, reaches into his pocket, amidst the trash and miscellanous odds and ends, and pulls out a small trinket. Then, just as quickly as he pulled it out, he stowed it away.
"Who is to say where sanity ends and maddness begins. Too much sanity may be madness, and maddest of all, to see life as it is, not, as it ought to be."
Mesden
05-02-2006, 02:24 AM
The tearing ground followed her every step, blade being dragged behind her through the stone tile. She came close to Raiden, but not in sword's reach, an said, Awwh, does it hurt? Did my big brother get a booboo?
Raiden
05-02-2006, 02:32 AM
Yes, sister. It hurts.
Raiden disappeared, and reappeared a good distance away.
It hurts very much. I thought you were above ripping a family member's soul out. But I guess I was wrong. It seems the centuries I spent keeping you company in that realm of yours were wasted, since your character has come into such question.
He held his arms out, and the vanished from the elbows up. The arms appeared next to Mesia, each hand having two fingers sticking right out.
If you feel the need to play with my soul, then I'll play with your energy!
The fingers then struck.
In hundreds of quick and precise moves, the hands struck specific points on Mesia's body. These points were the pathways that she used to channel her ethereal energy. Raiden was screwing with them anyway he could think of. He closed down some pathways, alternated other ones, made some flow faster. It was a random series of events, but would lead to the same result. Mesia would have little control over her own energy.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 02:43 AM
She just stared at him, not in anger, but awkwardly. She didn't try to move from the piercings, she just sat there and took every blow until he was finished.
Raiden, you take what I do too harshly. This is a fight and that is one fo your weaknesses I have on you and you expect me not to exploit it? Then this wasn't a real fight, this was just a sparring. Sorry if I upset you, but you wanted a good fight.
Her right hand shakily clenched, the red glow over it started to fie out during the strike, but something happened.
She just began to fade away. Her arm did so first and then her body. Soon, all that was left was her dissappearing face that spoke but one thing...
See you in a moment.
And all fell silent. Raiden surrounded by the ruin of the arena floor saw and felt nothing of his sister, but he knew she wasn't so quick to give up.
In another place, another plane of existance, an influx of energy gathered to one point and formed back into Mesia.
It is time I show Raiden his infinite power is matched.
The multi colored aura that was the ethereal plane began to twist and rip from the cosmos, filling in all of the little holes Raiden had created and invigorating her used body.
A voice spoke to Raiden, one he knew all too well, Coming for a visit? I'll open the door.
What fell before his eyes was a gateway, a massive arch in the arena that led to her world. But it wasn't the same. The energy Raiden knew from his other visits was off, like it was dying.
Raiden, we will still fight on equal ground, but I do not wish to take part in the honorless pantheon or the mortal realm. Please, if you wish a better fight, you will enter and face me the way you did so long ago.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 02:58 AM
Raiden looked up at the archway, his hand gripping at his chest. If he needed breath, he would have been breathing heavily. Right now, his chest was rising and falling simply from energy useage.
You want to fight like we did, way back when. Of course you would. Then again, you also made a promise way back when that you wouldn't drag out my soul needlessly. You are one of the few individuals out there with the ability to truly kill me, Mesia. And you pulled it as a trick move in a duel. A fight we were having for FUN.
Raiden looked toward the entrance to Mesia's realm.
And now you wish for me to follow you to a place where your word is law, and my rune is nothing? I cannot tell if you truly wish to kill me today, sister. You haven't given me much reason to believe otherwise.
He took a few steps forward, and entered the gateway.
Of course, I suppose I owe you this amount of trust.

As he stepped into the world of light, shock came to him.
There was nothing. The beautiful realm that was always there, gone. No more perfection of light to greet your every moment of sight, no more warm feeling just from being there. It was cold and colorless.
It was a void.
Across the plane of nothing his eyes went to rest on Mesia. Her hand was outstretched towards him and with a sudden grasp at the nothingness he could feel his gem flow back into him, reuniting with his being.
And to her hand came the all to familiar blade, but it was differnt too. The golden gleam it had always had was dead. Just a shade of gold that had no vibrance to it.
Then he saw her eyes. The loving eyes with the kind glow had to gone dark. Just a swirl of murky blue that gave no solace to anything like had once done.
She brought the tip of her sword to rest on the base of the nothingness and called out to him, I know what restraint is Raiden. You treat me like a child with a guillotine, that plays with the rope while a man prays for his life. Fine. If you want me to fight you in a constant stalemate, then I have granted your wish. There will be no true winner for us now. Just two perfectly matched children of ceration fighting in eternal stalemate, trying to prove what they can do.
She drew her sword up and tightened her grip on it. From it came a bright, but still horribly dead feeling flame.
Come!
Raiden
05-02-2006, 03:32 AM
Raiden reached his left and right arms out, and the slowly shifted into the glowing blades they had been before. But his face...though facial expressions meant nothing to him, if he had any, they would have been sad.
She was mostly wrong. He stopped seeing her as a child a long time ago. Way back when he would be the only one to ever enter her realm in centuries, he'd see her simply staring into the abyss of light which she had created. Those hadn't been the eyes of a child. When he taught her the basics of rune, and she grew in both power and knowledge. Those were not the traits of a child. When she herself became the Goddess of Souls and solidified her place in the hierarchy of the Gods....she was no child.
And yet...she still was. He remembered much farther back. When she was but a very small one, following her older brother around. How she always had the smile, and no understanding of fear. Like it was now.
She had no understanding of the fear he had while his Soul Gem was vulnerable. There was only one way to TRULY kill a God, and that was by shattering their soul gem. Even if by accident, the gem could break...and he would be forever lost from existance. She had never felt the fear of being able to truly die. She had never felt the fear of having her soul gem ripped from her very being. She did know know the fear, and as such did not understand it. But he knew the fear, and had her swear she'd never take his soul gem out.
And she did today, for something so frivolous as a duel? How dare she! He asked little of her, but she did it anyway. He had every right to be upset. Didn't he...?
Regardless, here she was, prepared to fight. And he wasn't going to keep her waiting. At high speeds he struck out, but she parried. She counter-attacked, and he dodged. They were in a quick and emotionless dance. They were running through the motions, with no passion in their fight.
It was a beauty to watch, but a horrible misery to participate in.

A swipe, a block, a parry, a lunge. Perfect maneuvering, blocking and striking. Feeling was gone to her. The enjoyable fight they were sharing was now just a display of power for no other reason.
She was on the defensive more than anything, his blades not as quick, but the two kept up more pressure. She was being pushed back, but remained unphased by every action.
One blade opened an attack for the other and it lashed to her body. Her hand outstretched and as soon as the blade touched, but before it could cut, she pulled herself up and over it like some moving obstacle that wasn't really a challenge.
She kicked it into the other blade as she came down and landed lightly on her free foot, bringing the other down slowly.
She looked back at him a downed her head as soon as he returned the stare. She held her sword out, but went to great effort to never meet eyes with her brother.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 03:55 AM
As the blades were pushed down, a third arm blade appeared from the side, striking forward with a thrust. She easily dodged the attack. His lack of emotion or need to hit telegraphed his move well before he managed to perform it.
She wouldn't even look him in the eyes. Had she been THAT hurt from what he said? Should he apologize for...
NO. SHE broke the vow. SHE put him in danger. SHE doesn't understand what he felt when he was truly powerless. He had no reason to apologize first.
His body widened and spread out like a giant blanket, coming down to hopefully envelop Mesia in his body.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 03:59 AM
As the blanket came down upon her, she looked up to him. In her stare he could feel a voice come to his mind.
I saw what you felt. When I looked at you after pulling the gem, I felt the fear. The connection I have with everyone once I break the seal. Like when I was a child. I can hear them all right now. Every desperate cry, every deathly howl. All the hopes, yet all of the sorrows. I heard your most clearly. I'm sorry.
His attack still fell, but with and outstretched sword, a jump and a twirl she ripped through it and landed behind him, head still sunk to look beneath her.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 04:11 AM
The tear healed itself back together, making the blanket whole. It swiftly furled together and became the humanoid again. He simply stood there, their backs turned to eachother.
I remember....the first time you did it. The first time you took my soul gem from me. We were both young, young even for Gods. We were little, and you followed me around everywhere. I have no clue what you actually said, but I think you called me "Big Bunka". I'm not sure why. My powers had already manifested themselves, but you were still learning how to use yours. By accident, you completely ripped the soul gem from my being, turning me mortal. And as you know, Mortals can not survive where we used to live. If father hadn't shown up and replaced it....I'd be dead.
He turned about and looked at Mesia.
It was then you promised me you would never do it again except for the harshest of reasons. And you did it in a game of jest! I should be angry. I should be horrified. I should be....there are so many things I should be right now!
But almost instantly, he was behind her. His arms were wrapped around her, and he held her in a hug.
But the most important thing I should be right now, is an older brother. And it's our job to forgive the younger ones. I forgive you, Mesia. Don't let your place of beauty fall to horrible blandness over this little thing.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 04:24 AM
She sighed and removed his arms from her. She turned to face him, eyes still looking down and lazily swiped at him. At his leisure, he dodged back away from the sword.
We're still fighting and I said what I had to. I remember those days and I remember that vow. I was angry and we were fighting. I acted stupidly. There's nothing more on it.
She kept her head lowered and with a flick of her wrist, several dozen sickly colored blames shot out like blades from her sword, aimed at her brother.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 04:29 AM
Raiden raisehd his arm, and it lengthened and widened into a shield. The material hardened to a powerful metal, and the blazes bounced harmlessly off of it.
You call this a fight, Mesia? This is no fight. I played along, but I'm not willing to play like this anymore. If you wont bring this realm to life, then I will.
He slid backwards as if he was floating on air, his body leaving streaks of energy as he moved. His hands began to glow brighter, and as he moved he placed his hands down and grazed them along the ground. If Mes wasn't going to use her own power to rejuvinate the place, then he would use his own.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 04:38 AM
Some light came to the world, like a fluttering light bulb when it first begins to go out. And just like that, it sucked in the light and died again. His power being no more than wasted now.
This world isn't just some form of power Raiden. This isn't just some energy you manipulate how you want. This world is alive. This world has a heart. One that connects to me, its creator. This world won't live because you pump it with power. This world won't live until it decides to. And that won't be for some time.
She ran her blade through the ground, the dull gold ripping through the darkness and becoming enveloped in it. Soon, her blade was completely engulfed in a flowing black. And from the blade it spread to the handle, then to her fingers and palm as it kept creeping up her body.
We'll finish this fight Raiden. Somehow. she spoke as her steps slowly brought her to her brother.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 04:49 AM
We'll finish this fight when you start acting like yourself. Look at you. Back to how you were eons ago. All dark and gloomy. What's wrong with you?!
Four blades of energy formed and hovered in the air about his body. He didn't know if she would attack, but he had to be ready just in case.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 04:56 AM
With every step, even more of the darkness creeped up her body. She was now half engulfed in black before she stopped and looked down once more.
All dark and gloomy. Your words are far too kind. no, I just realized how truly awful things have become and this is my reflection.
Her blackened finger pulled tightly on the handle of the onyx sword. The black spread faster until she was barely visibile as a flowing black in a world of darkness.
Now Raiden, see how I truly fight.
From the ripple of dark came a feeling, a sense of impending danger in Raiden. He couldn't tell how or where, but something was coming for him and he knew it would strike soon.
Little did he know the foundations of the world were tearing up and twisting around him, silently and completely hidden. Mesia had merged with her world and now she was attacking with it.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 05:02 AM
Fine then, Mesia. You wish to play out the cliche, we may. You become darkness.....
The energy within Raiden built up and gathered within his body.
I'll become light!
The energy was released, turning his body into a beacon of the brightest light. The light energy spread out from his body, and with some rune mixed in for good measure, it began to line the entire realm with light. The Darkness was pushed away, and the shadows were revealed for the empty spaces they were.
Most of all, with this new layering over the realm, he sensed something moving about. He couldn't tell what, but he managed to slow down whatever it was with his runed energy.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 05:13 AM
But Raiden, echoed the omnipresent voice, you know that Rune and manipulation aren't welcome here.
His bright light began to slowly becom pushed back by the darkness. But on the border of the conflict was one thin line. The small edge showed a weird twisting. It was the light that had always filled Mesia's eyes. The great silver and blue. And as the two forces pushed together, one word spoke out.
...Bye...
Suddenly the returning darkness twisted up, dragging the attacking brightness, peeling the world of the shine and gloom and pulling into one greater portal. In the vortex of dark and light, where only the shining gray that belonged to Mesia's eyes was distinguishable, Mes fell, unshrouded, to the ground.
She raised her head to reveal her old eyes, not as lively as the once were, but they were the right color. With speed uncanny to even the most elite of gods, Mesia charged him, sword in hand, and struck the blade towards his chest.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 05:21 AM
The sword carried through, and pierced Raiden's chest. Not even with a moment's hesitation, he grabbed the wrist of the hand that held her blade, while his other hand sent an arm sword through her chest as well.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 05:24 AM
They twisted and pulled their blades out in perfect unison, nearly like an expert pair of dancers they continued their attacks. Precise wasn't a word to describe how accurate they were.
This wasn't the heartless battle it was before. It was now a contest. Feeling returned to her eyes as the fight drug on and on...
Raiden
05-02-2006, 05:27 AM
Every moment that passed in their fight, they seemed to be going fast and more extravagent. Raiden grew limbs whenever necessary. At times he had only one, while at others he had twelve.
At this point they were going at such incredibly high speeds that his arms were mere blurs to anyone with eyes slower than a god's.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 05:31 AM
Soon, Mesia broke the extravagent, yet monotonous cycle with a hurdling jump back, digging her blade into the ground to slow her down.
She held out her arm and began pushing at nothing, but point her palm towards Raiden. Every push did something. Whether a piece of the world twisted and ripped off a limb of his or simply hit him, something happened. Then, with a sudden recoil and clench of her arm, the world beneath Raiden twisted around him, trying to contain the energy god.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 05:35 AM
When the world raised up to contain him, he showed them just how difficult it was to contain his power.
He momentarily gathered his energy up, and in a giant show of lights and sounds, he literally erupted, sending his energy flying out around him and obliterating the world that was twisting to defeat him.
Once the area around him was clear, he began a teleportation game. He teleported at random around the area, until he finally stopped beside Mes, already in a spinning slice at her neck.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 05:38 AM
His teleporting didn't phase her. She could follow his every instantaneuos move without even trying. And once he had appeared beside her and came across for the slash, she had leaned back just enough to see the blade skim by her face.
She quickly pulled herself up as soon as the slice had gone past her face and she brought her sword up with her, pulling up form under Raiden, intending on climhazzarding him.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 05:42 AM
Normally the strike would have cleaved someone in two. However, Raiden beat the sword to it. He split his body before the attack came, the sword traveling through the empty gap between the two pieces. When the sword moved away, the pieces formed back together.
From his stomach, dozens of rope-like extrensions jumped out, intending to wrap around Mesia and holding her still.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 05:45 AM
As quickly as the ropes shot out, Mesia twisted her body and brought the blade through them, severing the ropes several times over before they even touched her.
As the spin stopped, her foot landed on the ground and simultaneously kicked off as she swept across him with the blade and dove her other hand to pierce his chest.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 05:54 AM
His hand went up, and caught her free wrist before it could plung into his chest. As for the sword hand, he shrunk himself down low, and the blade passed less than an inch over his ethereal hair.
Using the wrist he was holding onto, he whipped his arm out and sent her spinning off away from him.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 05:57 AM
The spinning quickly stopped in midair and with a kick off from nothing she was instantly near Raiden again. But she didn't go for a slash or a stab, but tackled him to the ground, almost playfully.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 05:59 AM
Raiden lay prone on the ground, Mesia above him.
Well...that was different. You're not going to stab me now, are you?
He had some back up ways of escaping, but she seemed to be having fun again. No point needlessly taking it away from her.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:01 AM
Yup! she said a bit happily, the solemn tone that filled her ealier a distant memory. With a quick release and a roll to the side she was on her feet again.
But instead of attacking, she held out her hand to her downed brother.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:03 AM
He reached out and took the hand, being pulled back up onto his feet. He looked at Mesia.
So I'm guessing you feel better now, right?
She was certainly acting more like her normal self. Of course, this could be a ruse to get him to drop his guard.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:06 AM
Feeling a little better, I guess. I had to remove something from myself though. I'll bring it back later. Right now...
She twisted around and brought the blade to his head. He easily raised a blade of his own to block and looked back at his sister.
...We have a fight to finish.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:08 AM
Of course, sister.
With a push he knocked her blade aside, then flipped backwards a good distance away.
This time, you attack first.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:10 AM
And she did. Just a charge forward and a sweeping movement with the blade towards his head.
But hidden in the sword was an impulse Mesia had powered into it. Silently waiting for just contact to activate.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:14 AM
Raiden raised his arm up, and the blade connected with her incoming attack. He could already sense that this wasn't the smartest idea he ever had. But she had hidden something in there too well for him to know about until contact...which had just happened.
Fuck.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:17 AM
The blade vanished seconds after contact with him. The timed power already implanted in his body and now spreading.
Mesia jumped back, making sure to get some room before she attempted her next feat.
She held her hand out and started to taps at the air like an invisible keyboard. With each press Raiden felt a loss of feeling to part of his body. Even through regeneration, at the speed she was tapping at him, this was a dangerous situation.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:22 AM
A steady stream of electricity started to pour through his body. It fended the numbness off, and made his body go just a bit quicker.
With a sudden sprint, he headed at full speed to Mesia. As he run, he did a quick roll, his hand touching the ground. Suddenly, a pad of spears appeared beneath Mesia's feet.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:25 AM
And from her feet came a blocking of energy that served to prevent Raiden from impaling her, but shooting her into the air as well.
She looked down upon her brother and thrusted her palm towards him and with that came an intense feeling of euphoria in Raiden's mind, mellowing and dulling him.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:31 AM
That feeling lasted for only a moment. Everything the brain feels and senses is based on electric synapsis. For a moment he felt incredibly high, but then fixed itself by correcting the patterns of chemical releases in his mind.
He was quickly returned back to his senses, and went back to the mission at hand. He leapt up high, seven hands appearing from his body to latch hold of Mes.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:36 AM
As his hands rushed from him, Mesia let out a subtle saying, The moral of this story kids, is that there are plenty of way to stop your brother from hitting on you.
She waved her hand and then clenched her hand. With that subtle motion, Raiden's hands soon just dropped to the ground motionless.
She raised her other hand and began to type at the air again.
Suddenly a weird rush came over Raiden. He had a feeling, a strange urge. Without even controlling it he wrapped all of his limbs around himself and began to fondle his body with...his body.
And somehwere off on a pillar made of spears, Mesia was quietly giggling to herself.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:40 AM
I suppose this is hilarious to you! I don't ev-HEY! You do NOT go there! You! Quit rubbing that! You're making it...damn you hands! AWAY!
The hands disappeared and were replaced with new ones. Ones that were under HIS control. He looked over at Mesia, and with his super stretchy body, began to stretch and soar toward the Soul Goddess.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:42 AM
She saw him rush towards her and before he could make it to her, she let out a powerful kick into nothing. From the kick a force land right into Raiden, interrupting his striaght path to Mesia and sending him skyward.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:45 AM
He twisted and spun in the air, creating a cone-like shield from his body. The shield would be used to alter the power of those force attacks she used. She wouldn't be able to simply knock him aside again.
Just in case, his path towards her was zigg-zagged.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:51 AM
And she stood still as he came at her. But her left hand clenched tightly, intent on something as he came.
And once he was in easy striking distance of her, she pushed her hand out to him and a wall of light halted Raiden, then broke into several other walls, entrapping him in a pure ethereal box. But there was something odd about it, something misplaced.
A rune would be the correct answer(As always). This rune held in the Energy god and his teleporting energy just like it would normal energy.
The inner sides of the box erupted with several ethereal spikes, aiming on crushing, piercing and locking Raiden.
Raiden
05-02-2006, 06:54 AM
Several runes floated off of Raiden's body, connected with the boxes, and the entire structure fell apart in shambles.
Using my toy against me? Keep in mind, I taught you very basic Rune, while I have a very extensive knowledge in that subject.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 06:57 AM
Keep in mind, there's the old strategy of stalling.
She pointed down below Raiden and what he saw either impressed, shocked or somehow thrilled him.
The entire base of the world was now turned into a strange red glow. She jumped down from her perch and as soon as she connected with the ground, the red light circled around her.
She looked up to Raiden and extended he hand, opening and closing it to mean "Bring it."
Raiden
05-02-2006, 07:03 AM
Raiden chuckled.
You actually intend for me to go down there, sister? Please. You've had so many traps today, I lost count.
Some energy separated from his body, and a second smaller Raiden was standing there.
Go, Raiden clone. See what the trap is.
The clone nodded, and leapt over to the red light.
Mesden
05-02-2006, 07:11 AM
And he landed, but nothing happened. Well, for a moment. Mesden, faster than a teleportation, appeared behind the Raiden and ran her hand through him, tearing him into little god shreads and ribbons before he dissipated.
Scared, brother?
Raiden
05-02-2006, 07:13 AM
Of course not, sister.
Raiden dug deep into his body, searching for the red energy he had collected earlier. After a few moments, he found it. The red lined his blue body, and with an incredibly fast flip, he landed down on the red light.
Mesden
05-05-2006, 04:35 AM
As soon as his feet graced the crimson surface, the light he was about to touch faded and left a blank spot open for him. Then, in a movement faster than Raiden could track, his sister darted behind him and with only a tap to his back he flew forward several dozen yards across the surface. The surface that still faded upon his true touch.
A bit slow, are we?
Raiden
05-05-2006, 04:46 AM
He skidded along, until the red energy pumped through his body and some strange force caused him to stop.
Not slow, sister. Just cautious.
In a near instantaneous move, he appeared behind Mes. Six bindings of energy grasped her body.
This energy has made us equals, even in this little section of glowy you made.
Mesden
05-05-2006, 04:55 AM
As his limbs attempted to engulf her, the red light cascaded across her body prevented any such possibility.
...We may have the same energy, Raiden...But
Her hand pulled up in front of her, not facing him at all. But, in the same instance, the ground twisted into a massive, glowing red hand. There was something off about being held by it. Something that forced him to be held without the ease of teleporting out.
You're contained Raiden. I tack everything in this world and I've seen your will based teleporting from this point of view. You move wherever energy is allowed. But, now... her non clenched hand flailed in the area. The world contorted into a bright glow, a near burning light shining everywhere.
...Now, only ethereal energy is allowed to move. Your presence is still here and you can walk, run, fight however, but this willing yourself thing has become tiring and I felt the urge to stop it.
She unclenched her hand and in doing so made the massive red palm that held Raiden disperse.
Raiden
05-12-2006, 03:26 PM
Raiden landed on the ground in a crouch. If he had a mouth, he would have smirked.
So...taking away my energy? But Mesia...I AM energy.
He leapt up high in the air, the red energy in his body circulating about and causing him to separate on almost the molecular level. He was soon nowhere to be seen, but Mesia could still sense him. Oh yes, she could sense him. He was everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
He was absorbing himself into the energy of her realm.
Bit by bit the realm began to warp. Parts of the environment turned blue and sparky. Draconic statues warped up from the material of the realm, created from the shifting of alignments. Soon her realm felt different. She still felt her own essence in it, but it was now shared with another.
Suddenly, a voice filled her head from everywhere.
It's true, sister. You are master of the ethereal energy. However, I am quite skilled in ethereal myself, and master of every other kind. I simply used the resources at my access to hijack the ethereal energy pathways that make up your realm. While not cutting you off, I temporarily altered their connections. Now...we both have control here, sister. Which means...
As the red light that strengthened Mesia glowed on Raiden's body, he seemed to gain a new strength to him.
The benefits and flaws are equal.
Mesden
05-13-2006, 07:57 PM
Oh? You think it that easy to take my world in your hands? I think not. No one takes my world. Not father, not mother and definitely not you.
Her hand drove deep into the ground as the world writhed and twisted. The parts that Raiden had seemed to infest began to fall out and disperse.
This world may be energy, but it is also MY will, MY creation, MY legacy, MY solace and MY sanctuary that you WILL NOT defile with your infectious powers!
Soon Raiden's control diminished into to a mere nothing, the power that the realm had given him gone in the same time it took him to steal.
NOW! If you EVER try to control MY world, there is no word, no mere description of what I will put you through. I will NOT stop at only removing you.
There was a look of deep contempt emanating from her being. It was obviously a button to hit when messing with her world.
Raiden
05-13-2006, 09:08 PM
There was a small laughing sound that filled the arena.
Don't worry, dear sister. I had no intention of keeping control of your world for very long. I just needed a direct access to get to you.
Then she felt something in her mind. Inside her mind, Raiden sat comfortably.
I've locked myself in here, sister. No ethereal or spiritual magic can get me out. You have to make me want to come out.
More laughter filled her mind.
Mesden
05-13-2006, 09:17 PM
Now you invade my mind. Fine, dive into my thoughts. Just pray to yourself, and I mean PRAY, you don't see, feel and hear what I have.
And with a close of her eyes her body went into a meditative state. In this settling form she met Raiden in her own subconscious.
You have problems keeping to yourself. It's a bit unsettling how you constantly invade my personal sanctuaries like it's a free park to stroll around in. I suggest you leave, Raiden. My mind is for me only. My memories are for me to keep. My dreams and hopes are for me to know. YOU have no right doing this as I had no right to take your gem. If you don't want a repeat of past mistakes I warn you to GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HEAD!
Raiden
05-13-2006, 09:30 PM
Raiden was floating inside her head in a sitting position.
Give me more credit than that, sister. I haven't looked into any different parts of your mind. Just your main consciousness. Besides...there's not much you've experienced that I haven't as well. You've heard the screams and cries of every soul in existance. You forget those things that are without souls. The planets themselves. The stars. The rocks and minerals. Everything used to cry out for my help every waking moment. If you ever gain the skill to enter minds and you see mine...you'd have more nightmares then you have right now. So I know how it is to enjoy your privacy. However, you have given me little choice. You took away my energy useage, and my rune is useless in your realm. All I can do is move, and thanks to that red light of yours, I can't do much with that. So I did the next best thing I could do. I'm hanging out in here until I deem it more in my favor to leave.
Mesden

Raiden... her voice filled heavily, echoing throughout her mind. I want you out NOW. This is supposed to be a fun fight. There is NEVER equal ground in a fight for us and you know that. Real world you control any movement. Kinetic energy and all. My world, that speaks for itself. There is no such thing, Raiden. And MY mind is not your plaything. NOT YOUR RESTING PLACE! NOT YOUR HIDE OUT! This is MY mind. This is where I keep MY secrets. This is where I keep EVERYTHING I hold dear to me. GET OUT NOW! This is not a request. This is not something to brush aside because you feel the odds are against you. THIS IS MY MIND!
Her foot stomped on the base of the world, causing a powrful rumbling throughout to accentuate her rage.
If you want me to put this in more calm terms, I guess I might. Raiden, you run into my head because the odds were stacked against you. You were in my world and at a disadvantage. What else do you think I should do? Make sure that every time I trump your move I give you time to work it out and we continue fighting? Isn't it unfair in a fight once a man hurts the others leg? Should he just stop, let the man's leg heal and then continue the fight because it was unfair?
Her arms crossed angrily as her glare harshened.
I'm giving you 5 minutes. I WILL get you out of here no matter what it takes if you don't leave now Raiden. And I swear if you pull another parasite action like this, you have forever sealed my contempt for you. I'm mad Raiden. Mad beyond words. Rage is boiling up in me far too much. I want you out now. No ifs, ans or buts. Get out. 5 minutes and ticking.

He gave out a sigh.
When you were losing in the real world, you escaped into your realm where it was nearly impossible to be touched. As such, when I was losing, I went somewhere where it was impossible for you to touch me. But, if you want me out, that's your right.
His form in her mind wavered and disappeared. But, he didn't show up again in the outside world. Until, suddenly, he appeared. His arm was held out, and struck Mesia in the chest and carried through, moving her backwards. In the movement, he traveled with her through the ground of the realm, and what felt like a strange pulling sensation, everything around them popped.
Suddenly they were in a world devoid of light. It was complete and utter darkness. The only way they could see each other was their special sight.
You have your realm, Mesia. Well, welcome to mine. It's not as fancy as yours, and it doesn't give me ultimate power...but it's quiet. This is where I spend my time when I need to be alone. In here, neither of us have an unfair advantage over the other.

Hrm, you could've been a bit nicer about it you know. I gave you a doorway, you punched me through.
She gave herself an unnecessary pat off and looked back towards Raiden.
Fine, we'll fight here, Just know that the next time you invade something dear to me without permission again, I WILL end you.
Her blade again formed in her hand and lifted to face Raiden.
Who will make the first move?
Raiden

Raiden took in a deep breath, and the energy from the area rushed to fill him. His body seemed to relax as the energy flowed once again.
I think I'll let you attack first, sister.
